Imagine this, all of your friends are going to uni / college and you're the one still having to finish highschool before you can attend that like they do. On top of that, you're really depressed and somewhat traumatized by events from your past and still have to keep going on in this world like nothing ever happened. Experiences are supposed to make you a stronger person, well suppose they don't they just confront you with your own painful reality. But still, you gotta keep going to school every morning and do your homework and fight anxiety, all of that but deep inside you know you're just tired of this empty life. Can't feel or enjoy anything anymore, then one of your parents dies of some horrible disease, then they take away child support money. Everything to bring you down and make life even more painful. But you got to keep going to school, keep getting excluded from website's in your country (I don't have English as my first language but I'm trying here) because the world upsets you, you're a misantropist. You love animals but you hate people because they're fundamentally evil and have no altruistic mind or whatsoever. Doesn't matter if you have saved people you met their lives before from suicide, no one will return the offer. You're on your own then, got to keep going to school even if you feel like you would like to get killed and not survive. Every day the same bullshit over and over, a really dark looking future ahead of you and not doing well in school that you actually had to finish already sometime ago but couldn't because you weren't feeling so well psychologically. And the contemplating of; "how do I get out of this society?" don't want to be here, want to be in one of the beautiful locations this world has to offer and be away from humanity, capitalism, the media, the social system and the bullshitters running the world so inadequately that the economy crashes. Go to Alaska and live like the grizzly man or something. Not sure if I'm making much sense here, feeling like I'm intellectually on hold and everyone out there is learning things I have to wait for for years. How depressing. I realize now that I don't belong in the educational system they have created, something happened to me a few years ago. Socially I have in no way the experience of someone my age, been too much alone in my own world. But I'm not sure even if I'll ever graduate from highschool, in my last school I got excluded. The school counselour aka "the bitch" even suggested that I'd go into psychiatry (which was ofcourse a total bullshit-suggestion) but as you can understand by what I'm saying is that school's really not a good place for me. Does anyone else understand what I'm talking about?

Risen, the RPG from piranha bytes (the creators of the first two "Gothic" games on the PC) isn't worth getting when it comes out where most people here live, it's already out here and I played it. The combat system sucks so much ass and it's incredibly lame because you can only target one enemy at a time and the attack animations are limited. The movement feels slow and annoying, it's actually a huge letdown if you played Gothic 2 for example (and I know many haven't, but it was actually on the same level as Morrowind as an RPG and Fable was very inspired by this game to some degree).

Some Gameplay.

Maybe you're thinking; "this looks pretty good" and yes it does but also notice the sluggish walking which ruins the entire pace game. The combat being slow and broken at time cuz of the one-at-a-time targeting system making it hard to target another enemy when you've already selected one.

The game's a big dissapointment, just that you don't get your expectations up too high because these guys did Gothic I & II.

There's another game coming out by the end of 2009 slash Q1 2010 for the PC and X360, that's
Divinity 2: Ego Draconis and that game's awesomeness. The first Divinity was actually an isometric RPG from back in 2002 when it won many awards and got high scores from website's like Gamespot and was a real sleeperhit. This game rules so much, you can just change into a dragon at the touch of one button, it's amazing how well they integrated it in the gameplay. Check this.

Divinity 2 Amazing Gameplay Footage.

It's from a Belgian game developer and there's just so much attention to detail everywhere in the gameworld, it's a fantasy RPG and all of the effects, like there are people saying it's a mixed bag of 2&3D but they don't get that it's something that makes the game unique graphically. They deliberately chose for this and everything looks so awesome, a story that goes above 50+ hours this is basically the best hardcore RPG of 2009 in my eyes so I thought I'd let you guys know about this awesome game coming out soon so you know what to look out for. And ffs, DON'T get Risen. It's not as bad as Two World's but it's close. :P

... friends you can count on. They're either doing stuff for college or they're just gone to some foreign country for a while, when there aren't any friends there isn't any fun and the entertainment the interweb can give ya only lasts so long when you've seen it all before again and again. So what's there to do really, nothing seems to be enjoyable anymore. Not even videogames, not even this forum (no offence), the stagnant boredom has taken over this world entirely and the grey consumed the originality in things (just look at cartoons now and then look back at the 90's). God I wanna enjoy stuff but there's nothing to enjoy, it's depressing aagh. Even outside, say something, do something... It's unbearable, now give me ideas cuz I'm not in school at the time so there's nothing up much except for continuing learning the flash programme. I'm not sure if this made much sense cuz I'm deadtired, just give me ideas on killing boredom when there's nothing enjoyable left around you.

I'm not that into Facebook, more into MySpace, but I just like to know this cuz lot's of Facebook friends increases your social status on the site or something among friends. Anyone?

Got officially diagnosed with AS today, translation; I'm socially fucked. I did an IQ test where I scored 131 on which isn't too bad, on top of that I'm suffering from depression and it's common knowledge in psychology that depression affects your intelligence to a certain degree. I'm now wondering why anyone would want to go on with asperger's syndrome slash intense depression, like why even bother leaving the house if you're socially doomed or go to school if it's fucked anyway. Everything is, life is so dull, girls are sluts who just like being with assholes, don't give about personality same with me if anyone would wanna be with me it's based on appearance and not personality, what's on the inside et cetera. why not just stay in bed and dream about the next life or the past life, reincarnation and exciting things like that, this life IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT

Got it for 10 USD's today, missed out on the first one (Criminal Origins I believe?) and so far I'm having fun but damn it's creepy. I'm at this part now where the oil creatures grab you from the ceiling without warning, I'm playing this in a dark room with the LCD screen just next to the window with the moon next to me in my sight. It's so very creepy like I haven't played anything this creepy since Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth, though the combat's feels a bit less dynamic like in Chronicles of Riddick for example. Less fluid in your character's fighting animations but overall pretty decent and very enjoyable leaving the occasional trial & error out of the gameplay when you're not killing things.

I'm very happy with this purchase, the MP mode from what I've seen looks kinda laggy and feels that way in the controls. It's fun for 10 minutes but the game's all about the SP mode for me.

Anyone else plays it, has an opinion about it? I think it's awesome for the price I found it.

They asked me if "something was wrong" when I went for the first time to the school when I was at their office, found it hard to look into their eyes and was probably looking absynth-minded. So I just said I took some antidepressants and that I had a rough time behind me. Unfortunatly for me, the principal of the school is an asshole... And I'm not the kind of person who wants to get a job, I wanna do acting or something, make movies. Do what I want to do, that's the bottom line.

New school won't allow me for being on antidepressants, and it's an artschool. Wtf? I've seen people smoke joints around the park near there and they won't allow me for not being 100% psychologically well cuz of depression? And something else, it's like the last school in the area I haven't been to yet so it was supposed to be my last chance, not sure what to do now... And my parent isn't making it any easier for me.

Angry troll is angry.

Anyways, OP, I'm guessing you've got some sort of deviated septum which is too bad and all, but since it's not a critical surgery, you're going to have to actually do something to obtain money. I don't know why it's so important to have the surgery so soon, but it's highly unlikely you can get so much money in such a short time. And if you don't want to get a job for whatever reason, it's never going to happen.

Retards can hold down jobs in grocery stores. You can get a job, too.

If you have health problems so bad that you can't hold down a job, the government ought to have some program to keep you alive... you live in a German- or Dutch-speaking country? Doesn't matter I guess.

And okay, if I'm going for the all-scenarios dichotomous key here, if you don't live in any country that provides for those who are unable to work due to health problems, then you are simply one of the losers in the great drama of humanity, and you will never get the rhinoplasty.

Actually I think his stupidity is mildly entertaining and it's enjoyable to watch him make a fool out of himself. And the job part, well, anxiety stuff that I have my reasons for. And yes, I live in one of the countries you mentioned and normally it's covered but it's because of some other thing that's covered, it's really stupid but they won't provide the required money now. I don't have the patience or courage to get a job, feeling too down, depression and so on. Can't even go to school right now because of the anxiety stuff, let alone get somewhere in time every day of the effin week. The rhinoplasty I kinda need cuz the breathing gets difficult sometimes. How about loaning money at a bank and repaying it monthly, that an option?
