So, here's a lesson you can refer back to any time you get into a predicament such as this.

Since the start of Highschool, I've had a close nit group of 2 other guy friends and 3 girl friends, plus other close friends who have entered the mix time to time. Highschool treated me fairly well, better than most. I've had this group of friends after we graduated and went on to university, and we've stayed pretty close.

About grade 12, one of my friends who I've known since kindergarten (Guy 1, we'll call him), who is part of our six person friend circle decided to date one of the female friends of mine (Girl 1, if you will). I remember the night they started going out: Christmas Concert. I remember between the many plays i was participating in i had to tip-toe around them flirting. constantly. Twas a pain, but well worth it.

So, after a Summer that i will never forget, we go to University. Guy 1 and Girl 1 go to CU (Ottawa area NGers will know what i'm talking about), and i go to neighbouring (and rival university) UofO. at CU, the happy couple meet some friends. I was doing my first relationship, so i only cameo'd a few times, as did the other guy friend of mine, as he was doing college on the other end of the city. The year winds down to a close, my relationship ends, and the couple plus their new friends decide to get a place. In short, Guy 1 and Girl 1 are going to live together.

Everything seems fine until after New Years when, to the shock of just about all of us, Guy 1 and Girl 1 break up. This was world rocking, considering it's been 2 years since they started dating, and it was kind of the norm.

Now, here's where your lesson comes in. What do you do when your friend breaks up with someone you hardly know. That's easy: you just move on, as the former girlfriend/boyfriend was just an acquaintance. Now, what do you do when the girlfriend/boyfriend happens to be your best friend...how do you take sides when both your best friends dump each other?

Easy. By under no circumstances WHATSOEVER, you DO NOT TAKE SIDES!!! All of us in the rest of the group more or less did the same. Even when girl 1 started screwing around with one of the roommates, or when guy 1 starts to become violent to the point where people are in fear of their safety, IT MATTERS NOT. You stay neutral. no if, ands or buts.

Believe me, at times it was hard. Especially when one of them asks you to take sides. You may have to lead some sort of secret life, but it is important that neutrality is kept, and that you are there to comfort both sides.

In the end, Guy 1 moved out, Girl 1 hooked up with the room mate, and everyone wishes this to be put behind them. I and my other friends made no enemies, and we earned the respect of other parties involved. So if ever two of your friends are fighting, in a predicament or just going through a hard time, be there for them, comfort them, hell, even do as i did and offer one your home to them. But never EVER pick sides. It'll lead you into a world of hurt.

I just think that any Racial Pride is retarded. Segregation of population just encourages inbreeding, and hating another race is just a substitute for certain mental disorders. It's foolish to be proud of being white/black/Asian/Hispanic or native American. the best thing for society to do is to make all the races mate with each-other so we can spawn one, unified race. those who fail to be integrated into due to racism this will eventually die out due to being ostracised by society.

That's right, as gas prices climb, fewer people drive ergo fewer people die in car rides, you'd have to be subject to a DUI to drive with those prices.

So why would we want to invest our precious resources in trying to develop gas free cars when that would just mean more people dying again in auto accidents, and in the end it's not good enough to stop the catastrophe of global warming. I like the idea. Technology is kind of a blanket for other species not deemed to survive. But Natural Selection shouldn't be tampered with. After taking a class in global issues, i can see how this works. Madagascar is lower because it doesn't have alot of money to spend on military, and it doesn't really have a lot of Organized crime compared to other countries (my friend did a study on it). Russia, however, i get. Corruption is actually a detriment to their economy.

I don't really have much patience for 9/11 conspiracies. So I'll make this logical and to the point.

First, i don't think many people understand how easy it was to do what the terrorists did. Back then, they didn't passport check as heavily as they do now. This makes it easy for someone to slip through so long as they don't look suspicious or on the FBI most wanted list. Also, there wasn't enough security procedures to check for weapons or whatnot. It was a busy day on 9/11, and airport people were obviously busy as fuck.

Now, how easy is it to scare people, never mind enter a cockpit with an AK-47 vs. unarmed civilians and workers? easy. I should remind people that these people did, in fact, have CIA training, due to the Soviet war in Afghanistan, where Osama was fighting against the Russians.

Before we move on, and knowing the very interesting personalities of the Newgrounds crowd, I'd like to point out that i DO fact check. moving on.

So, with CIA training, bad vigilance by the workers of the airport, and how easy it was pre- 9/11 to do this sort of thing, i'm not surprised. in fact, anyone could've done it. Although that's not ruling out the government, this will:

The World Trade Centers was just that, World Trade. it was a hub for economic powerhouses, for trading, and a very good asset to the American economy. I'll say this strait: You can not convince me that the United States of America would destroy an asset to it's economy And You can't convince me that the United States of America would allow rumors of a 9/11 conspiracy to spread

As for Post 9/11 Terrorist attacks, there've been MANY. Train bombings in Spain, Bus bombings in London, Even in Canada, my home country, we foiled one terrorist attack, and also uncovered plans the Taliban made to bomb the parliament buildings. the United States too foiled an attack a while back.

International Terrorism isn't anything new, thanks to globalization. my advice to people would be to check the news. you'd be surprised.
