Sounds like you moved to the wrong place. I'm definitely seeing some stereotyping going on in this thread now.
And what exactly is wrong with everyone having an american flag on their porch?

It's simple logic.

I've got a train, that's one car with a bunch of people. It's on a track. No stop lights, and I don't have to worry about being hit. (did I mention that cars are not only inefficient but deadly as well?).

Then again if there is something like a Illuminati New World Order takeover or large scale riots here you'll definitely want one.

He rules. He's in my top 5 with George Carlin and Sam Kinison.

And if you don't like him so fuckin' what.

Give me a Dodge Ram over that anytime. If somebody wants one that big though it's their choice and nobody elses.

There's a guy in Missouri who beats everybody IMO though. He owns the last surviving semis from the 1970's movies DUEL and Convoy (links are to his sites).

yes that is a song. in my area, we have a radio station that plays ANY song (cept for polka; rarely country and rap)

I can't remember the song that MC Hammer ripped from. I remember hearing that song when I was going to the movies, but I couldn't catch the name. Anyone know?

If you mean "Can't Touch This" it's a rip of Superfreak by Rick James.

I started watching MTV in 1993. Music most of the day, Beavis and Butthead, it was good. The downturn started arround 1997. Once the crapstreet boys and those other pop fags appeared it really went downhill, and i only watched a few shows. Now it's a complete pile of shit that i might watch an episode of Yo' Mama or Pimp my Ride on once in awhile. FUCK THEM.
That's where VH-1 Classic comes in, and thank god for it.

Oh and FUCK VIACOM also.

Fat chance of getting TNT without stealing it.
And AMFO? That's easier to make but whatever you did with it would definitely land you in prison, where i think you belong anyway.

LMFAO! The dolphin part is hillarious. That'd be a good video to torture a PETA cocksucker with.

seriously, why would a governement kill thousands of its possible electors ?

All the arguments these 'truth' guys have are plain dumb, but since they've got right of speech, just let them make fools of themselves.

It's all part of the Illuminati's new world order / population reduction plans, as indicated by the TFHB (Tin Foil Hat Brigade).
Sometimes i think aliens are tied into all of this also.

How are you supposed to learn anything if you only read books written by people you agree with? You need to read the other guy's argument so at the very least you can be prepared to poke holes in them or to defend your own position.

My bookshelf contains Patrick Buchanan and Naomi Klein, Chalmers Johnston and Richard Perle, Michael Moore and Ann Coulter (at least one book by each author was not even a course textbook, merely purchased and read for my own personal knowledge). The truth general lies somewhere between the two extremes, but if you don't read the other side how are you ever going to make your own opinions. You won't. You simply become a mouthpiece for a certain agenda.

I also have the 9/11 Commission Report on my bookshelf.

I've seen this so many times on Youtube. Someone posts a counter opinion comment on a conspiracy nut's video, and they get attacked by the c-nuts and get their comment thumbed down, or the owner deletes the comment and blocks the poster. and on videos that debunk the TFHB'S theroies, also get their comments thumbed down (but the c-nuts get the same treatment also) and even marked as spam in an effort to get rid of it (i think the videos get flagged too).
when you do this, you're not a truth seeker, you're a biased fuckin' wack job who's a sheeple to your own cause.

Response to: Obama Is 'My President' Posted February 11th, 2009 in General

It's gone from simple appreciation to cult following style bullshit. the magazine stand at the local supermarket has at least a half dozen mag's with his mug on them. and it's been this way since election day. You frequently see him being compared to Abe Lincoln also.
I'm really starting to think there was actual brainwashing of some type going on during the campaign.

Response to: Austrlian Bushfire Crisis Posted February 8th, 2009 in General

Could it be some shitheads from ELF (Earth Liberation Front) doing it? If so having all of that smoke (especially from buildings) released into the atmosphere isn't gonna help the planet.

On a similar note farmers are allready starting to burn off their pastures here. And despite warnings, over the last 3 days people have started them, while the wind was blowing at over 20MPH. Needless to say the area fire departments were getting run ragged. And some buildings were destroyed by them also. This will continue until arround mid March here.

Response to: I got laid off. Posted February 6th, 2009 in General

I work at a plastic tray mfg. plant, and they always have a downtun in buisness between Oct and Jan. Because of that i was laid off temporairly during then. They called me back 2 weeks ago. During that time i just took it as a paid vacation (i was able to collect unemployment without having to look for another job since it was a temp. layoff).

Good luck on finding another, it's gonna be hard.

Response to: I Am On Salary Posted February 6th, 2009 in General

Let's see him try my job. Standing, walking, and lifting for 12 hrs, 2 or 3 days in a row (with 2 or 3 days off in between work periods), from 6pm to 6am. for 9.90 an hr (It was a nice 8 hr job until this company got bought out by another). He'd drop out after 2 days of it.

It was ok for 8 hrs but with it 12 now it's getting rough. But i have no choice but to keep it for now. I'm seriously considering going to truck driving school (12 hrs sitting down is better than 12 standing :P)
