G n' R is M-E-T-A-L. I think the problem is many are used to hearing these "cookie cutter - sound alike - sing as throat wrecking deep as possible" metal bands and don't know what real metal is. Metal is not about the sound, it's about the ATTITUDE (then maybe the sound).
What G n' R is rock because they have a few soft songs? The 3 metal bands above all have soft songs also (especially Priest who has some of the best ones).

another way to do it is set your browser to block all 3rd party cookies and prompt you for 1st party ones. On those if the cookies aren't nessisary i block them permanently.
