One of the biggest problems with DA is the amount of people who think since they made an OC that's a blue pony with red and white mane, or a line drawing of an F-14 they own the copyright to it and if you make one it's theft (yes both have happened to me). Someone on there finally made a journal about the subject telling these idiots how copyright really works. Not that they'd listen.

I think more rappers took hold of the idea after Tupac died. He made the album "Killuminati", and some think it was them who killed Tupac for making it.

You're never too old. Hell my mom was playing them into her early 60's (older stuff like NES and SNES Zelda, puzzle games and similar ones).

So far he's done nothing illegal that they can stop him for.

That wouldn't keep someone from blowing his head off though.

Response to: Getting wisdom teeth removed Posted September 19th, 2013 in General

I've had 3 removed so far, though they were 1 at a time.
The dentist might knock you out if you're getting all 4 pulled at once. With me he just numbed the area around the tooth and pulled it out (I could feel him pulling on it, but there was no pain).
Afterwards they packed some gauze over the hole and had me bite down on it to stop the bleeding. Once they felt it had slowed down enough, they gave me more gauze and sent me home. The hard part is you have to keep putting gauze there yourself until it's almost completely stopped. Once the clot forms you can't eat or drink anything for a day except water (which you can't use a straw to drink because you might suck the blood clot out). And once the anesthetic wears off, it will hurt for several days. There will still be traces of blood during those few days also.
After a day or so I could eat soft foods, avoiding chewing on the extraction side.

By doing the wrecking ball thing on the one at GVSU, forcing them to take it down: http://www.freep.com/article/20130917/NEWS06/309170134/1035/rss04

I can understand why. With that dumb music video out (and after that video of the idiot went viral) that ball would be getting a LOT of business, and at some point the cable or mounting might have broke.

That's actually a brilliant idea.

Fat chance on getting any of the major phone manufacturers on board though. They'd rather you buy a new phone instead of a part that might cost a couple of bucks. Wouldn't surprise me if they tried to block production of it.

Let the city dwellers use that thing. Us small town and rural folk will continue to use our V8 gas and diesel vehicles.

That is the thing these retarded tree fuckers can't get through their head. "Green" energy isn't green at all except for solar. And yes they want wind (regardless of the enviromental impacts of turbines) and solar power, and then bitch about it when the installations mess up their view of the landscape.

Response to: Getting stung by bees Posted September 11th, 2013 in General

You haven't encountered hornets then. I had 3 fly over and sting me on the lower lip when I was nowhere near their nest. It was numb and 3 times it's size for an hour. Didn't stop me from going back out with bug spray and fireworks to take care of them though.
Yesterday I saw one of my cats jump on a riding mower that's been sitting on my patio for awhile and get stung by one. Turned out there was a BIG nest under it I didn't know about, and the new ones were beginning to come out of it. I used half a can of spray on them. Probably killed a couple dozen. I kill them on sight.
As for bees: I got stung by a bumblebee while in a car once and that was it (come to think of it: I haven't seen any at all this year).
