He did have permission. So did everyone else because the designers mentioned on the Steam forums they had NO PROBLEM with people making Youtube videos about it, effectively giving everyone permission.
It doesn't matter anyway. Apparently they apologized and put the video back up.

Imagine that. I brought up the topic earlier and it got brushed off and deleted. Now here it is again.
I opened my Firefox and discovered my Freecorder toolbar had changed to Kitnetwork (and everything on it was in German), which of course freaked me out and I disabled the toolbar. Now looking it up on the internet I can't figure out what it's supposed to be. There's their website www.kitnetwork.de , but I haven't visited it yet just in case it's got more viruses than a 50 year old hooker.
It's something that's been around for awhile, and they even have Facebook and Twitter pages.
