I'll get it around halfway up, and then depending on the rep or weight get stuck.
Here's another tip that you might like to get your squat up. It got my regular squat from about 450 to 520 in a couple of weeks when I was doing them frequently. Take some ace wrap and wrap your knees so hard that you cant even bend your knees. It'll hurt pretty bad, but the weight of the squat will make the wrap bend. The wrap will want to go back to it's natural form and actually assist you in lifting the weight. The great thing is it helps you do more weight and you are actually still the person doing it. It's like someone's forcing you to lift more than you actually can. Try it out sometime!
I'll hafta pick up some Wrap when I get more chalk. It sounds like it'd be worth a try at least.

I find this very odd. Your legs are very strong, but why is the upper body so weak? You don't seem to be very uneven strength wise.

Yeah My bech isnt exactly the higest right now. I can pump out reps of a lower weight pretty decently, Something like 185 by 7 or something similar. But when it comes to high weight and low resps I slip up a little. Workin on it.
Well you aren't actually doing a max. A max is when you do it 1 time, but you seem to be at a good weight at your age. It depends what your having trouble with. Are you having trouble with the beginning of your lift or finishing it off?
And does anyone know a really good way to get a deadlift max up faster? I've been stuck at 350 fr a while now.
The Way we do our maxes for workout is by reps of 3. So whatever you can do three times you reference to a chart which gives your projected 1 rep, then you work out according to that. Then at the end of 6 weeks or so we all test our one rep and see what improvements may have occured.
And I usually get the bar between my knees and waist, After 2 reps I just have trouble locking out.
Take a shower. So if you scratch it the oils dont stay on your skin.
I'm 17. I lift about 3 days a week usually. My maxes consist of:
Bench: 225 x 2
Squat 405 x 2
Dead 350 x 3
Power Clean 185 x 4
I need to start running soon though.
Does anyone Know anything about Nitric Oxide supplements? I saw it at a GNC recently, but if it's something that doesn't help I don't want to be involved with it. I Already Take a Protein Supplement.
