I love this site. I really do. I love everything about it. The games, the movies, the artwork. There's an extremely large amount of talented people here and most everyone has been really nice/helpful. There's one thing I left out.. the music. Now to the point..

I submitted an audio track (all original, made with fruity loops) over FOUR months ago. Plus, that was the last song I had submitted. I had submitted others a few weeks before that so for those it'd be more like 5 months.

I've talk to a few forum users, even some mods, and the word is it takes up to two months. They made it seem like that was the the maximum amount of time to wait. I understand the site may be backed up, but I find it hard to believe it's that backed up. If it really is, by all means let me know and I'll help out.

I don't know if the songs were too weird or didn't strike the listener's fancy or it was assumed that I ripped it off.. and I don't really care. I just wants some answers. I submitted something I worked hard on. I handed it over to you guys and I'd be willing to let anyone use it for their movies, games, whatever. I believe music should be free to all. It's a little insulting that all I get when I write a mod is "Be patient." Is there no way to track how far along the line my songs are? Or are you just too lazy to check?

I'm really not trying to be a dick. Like I said, I love this site, but if my stuff isn't in the portal by the end of the month, bye bye Newgrounds.

I don't mean to brag, but it will be your loss. I have a very original style that can go from ambient noise work to grindcore to chillwave to punk to more dancy stuff. I have both instrumentals and tracks with vocals added. If you don't believe me check this out.

I know I'm not supposed to advertise but I'm doing it to prove a point. I think I could contribute a lot to this site if only you'd let me. So, either let me know how far along my tracks are from being posted or just post them! PLEASE!

I apologize for the rant but I just hate to think that I took the time to submit, check the site every day, click on random adverts to help you guys out (earth eternal is badass btw) for absolutely nothing.. well some of the games were fun. :D

This is not at all an attack on newgrounds or anyone on newgrounds. I love you all, just please let me know something. I'll be sending this message to each audio mod also.

Seriously, I submitted my first song on Feb. 9th and it is now March 12th. Who should I talk to about this?

Once your songs are approved, do all the songs you've submitted get posted at the same time? Just curious..
