Lol, it acually takes a special program. One of these should help:

-Fireworks
-Flash
-Photoshop
-(Some other programs that are good with frames and stuff.)

And those programs would be the only way to animate stuff. And Its A bummer Windows doesnt come with anything. But yah, each of those programs has a differant way to animate stuff.

Do you meen the dither effect I did on the "sucka" text? When I exported it I used a dither effect to make it look more worn out. (Its an effect in Fireworks.)
