It's blurry because of low image quality, export it in flash (File>export>export image)

you could try toonboom, I don't like it as much as flash though...

You can do an animation with scanned images as for inbetweens, you could use a window to simulate an onion skin. It wouldn't be that hard to make a full animation with paper.

It depends, if it's a full body action I.E a punch or running then I do it all on one layer however smaller actions like moving an arm, the head etc. I do those on multiple layers.

Sorry buddy, if you'd have gotten flash 8 or above you'd have been able to use filters, that said if you are handy with actionscript you can mimic the filters.

Practice, and remember to look at the screen, not the tablet, while drawing.

unfortunately there isn't anyway that I've heard of, you could try using the manual camera (tweening each object).

You don't need a code to do that, just create a new symbol (Insert>new symbol or Ctrl+F8) and copy put the song in to that movieclip and it should loop.

Tablet's take a while to get used just train yourself to look at the screen instead of the tablet.
