I think that the shading tutorial will be especially useful to you. Perspective is also good to learn.

Hey Newgrounds!
Okay, so I've recently picked up drawing on paper and doodling & was told by someone I knew who uses newgrounds a lot to "try editing with a program called Gimp".
So i've tried it a bit & used it to edit a few of my drawings for the past few days now & i'm not too sure if i'm getting the shading deal right or maybe i'm just doing lines wrong? (here is one of the pieces I had in question).
Emilie has managed to lose her pursuer, but for how long? Will she be able to stay out of sight? (So again, more practice wit...
I have more art on my profile & that im working on paper with but I'm still a bit new to the whole art portal and how newgrounds in general operates; any help or advice on techniques, what programs to use, even basic newgrounds knowledge about the art forum or simple things about the site would be fantastic!
