the ear is way too far up the side of her head.

I don't know how you are drawing it but you may want to draw it right side up then rotate it back to the side after you are finished?

in the first pic is my habit of making the waist area scrunched up, kinda like not long enough.. I do know of this, but if anything else is wrong I'd need you to point it out to me.

Not the usual shine like Anime stuff... meh.

doing the hair i was just like.. neh just leave it dark as is.

Everyone's hair doesn't have hyper shine, what do you guys suggest to be done with the hair?

Kinda looks like he's on fire rather than charging up. Spiked flames are needed.

A bit of detail in the ears would be nice, and neck area needs some refine, but hey.. if it made your friend lol then it's worth it right?
