It's actually the true answer. To actually edit a 240 hour long film requires some serious technology, or very fine levels of patience (given that this is truly an analog production and not a digital production). Sometimes I like to analyze filmmakers by their interest to really "build" hours of film work which Modern Times Forever certainly achieves. Is it like the sad tale of Greed, though?
