I do photo manipulation of cars using photoshop and i would like to know if newground accepts this kind of art so i can add them to my galleries,if so what category would i place it under?

When ever i do a google search for flash all i keep coming up with is flash player and that isnt what i am looking for is it i need flash the programme?it is by adobe isnt it?
