That's kinda like how the XBOX 360 has Achievements and the PS3 later had "Medals"
Kongregat has Achievements and NewGrounds now has Medals
Coincidence? I think not.

All of the GTA IV Myths are unreal so far but maybe some may be true if Rockstar confirms them, but they probably won't. Inside the Statue of Happiness is a giant beating heart. This is supposedly the "Heart of Liberty City."
Whilst on a mission with Packie, if you position the camera properly you can look inside his head - inside there is a box with a picture of a brain on it.
In the North of Alderney, where you make the jump in the mission Out of Commission, there is a person doing tai-chi on top of a high rock which is impossible to get to without a helicopter.
If you look at the lake in Middle Park by map or helicopter, you'll notice it is in the shape of an alien.
While driving the Mr. Tasty, you can trigger songs to play by clicking the horn. One of these songs is the song from the opening credits of GTA4. While this song is playing, call ZiT and they will text you back with "ZiT! Spotted GTA IV Theme". This is a cheat that gives the player health, armor and ammo, but also disables some achievements.
If you get a helicopter ride from Brucie Kibbutz, there's an unsettling warning message about the helicopter on the inside of the cockpit that you can see if you look in first person mode that says "This helicopter might crash but we really don't care if it does, refer to flight manual for help."
At the Firefly Projects, there is a park with a swingset. If you drive backwards onto it, the swingset will catapult the vehicle you're in high in the air. Behind an old, rundown manison in Westdyke, Alderney at the end of the dirt roads, there is the hidden, extremely rare Sultan RS parked in some bushes. This is practically the only way to find the car ingame. The only other way to obtain it is if the game has it stored in the temporary memory, and automatically spawns it parked and driving around the streets.

Depends it's stealing if you don't ask permission (duh) but if your just say "covering" or "tributing" the song then I believe it's okay like when P!ATD covered Killer Queen and it was also a tribute.

Dead Rising has earned generally positive reviews. All the reviewers commended the game's "sandbox" style mall to explore and the sheer amount of ways to kill the thousands of zombies. Most reviewers also agreed the save system, as well as the survivors' AI detracted from the game's enjoyment. IGN stated the game needed "a better save system, more intelligent NPCs, a more forgiving story progression, and tighter controls," but still called Dead Rising "one of the more unique and entertaining titles on the Xbox 360." GameSpot said, "It's zombie action for people who want zombie action, and it's simply a great piece of entertainment." A point of contention was the operation of the game's transceiver, specifically how persistent it is when ringing, and how vulnerable Frank is while answering any calls on it. While using the transceiver Frank is unable to jump, attack, or pick up or use any item. Furthermore, if the call is somehow interrupted (such as being attacked), the call will end abruptly, only for the transceiver to ring a few seconds later. If Frank answers, Otis will scold the player for being rude, then start the previous call over from the very beginning. Numerous gamer-oriented webcomics and blogs attacked the use of the transceiver within Dead Rising. Dead Rising has won several awards. IGN awarded the title "Most Innovative Design for Xbox 360" in its Best of 2006. GameSpot's Best and Worst of 2006 awarded the game honors for "Best Action Adventure Game", "Best Sound Effects", and "Best Use of Xbox 360 Achievement Points". Additionally, the game won "Action Game of the Year" at the 2006 Spike TV Video Game Awards. It ranked #2 in gaming magazine Gamesmaster's Top 50 of 2006. It also won "Best Original Game" of 2006 on X-Play. According to Capcom, Dead Rising had shipped 500,000 copies in the first month after its release, and one million copies worldwide by the end of 2006.

It's cool but I was hoping for a Alien Hominid or Castle Crashers sequel.
PS one of the character heads is the Cardinal from CC except pink.
PS 2 I'm guessing the multiplayer is like tag or 'Paint" from THPS
I was also hoping for some more AH and CC add-ons

Response to: I have a complaint about L4D Posted March 17th, 2009 in Video Games

The "Infected" (voiced by experimental musician Mike Patton) are the Survivors' foes in Left 4 Dead, and they appear to be partly inspired by the infected from several modern films, including 28 Days Later. An important distinction is that The Infected are not traditional undead zombies, but rather living humans infected with a rabies-like pathogen. In an interview with 1Up.com, Mike Booth commented on the concept of using a pathogen as an inspiration for the setting. The Common Infected encountered during the game are fast and agile, weak individually, but may be overwhelming in numbers. They display a special attraction to high-pitched alarm-type sounds, such as the beeping device attached to pipe bombs and car alarms. Common Infected will often chase down the source of these noises while ignoring lower-pitched, but much louder sounds such as gunfire. They occasionally attack en masse, referred to in-game as a "Horde".

Response to: If you made a game... Posted March 17th, 2009 in Video Games

I'd make one with a lot of characters like SSBB and have it be like GTA but levels keep changing gameplay so the player never gets bored.
With plenty of cheats and multi-platform.
And plenty of add-ons, and 4player offline co-op.
With multiplayer features of course.
And different game modes like skating, fighting (like SS) and so on.
It's my dream game.

If you made a game...
