Don't be silly not eating ice pops, fruit and pretzels aini't gonna get rid of tummy fat. Christ man do you not realise how important your fruit and veg intake is? They're cancer (and other diseases) fightinig abilities are without peep, they are great for your skin and hair. Fruit also:

1)Gives you more energy for exercising

2)reducea risk of cardiovascular diseases

3)lowers blood pressure

4)potential to lower cholesterol

5)reduced change of developing type 2 diabetes

6)potential to slow down age process

Aso remember son - milk, eggs, peanut butter, beef are all high in fats. Don't not eat them but you have to realise they're nutritional valules too. I reckon you need to get more protein in you though. Your body burns calories 15X faster when those calories are coming from protein rich foods then from fat or carbohydrate riich foods. Intaking more protein will speed up your metabolism (the rate in which your body burns calories) and this I reckon is exactly what could be the key to you lowering your body fat % and getting rid of that tunny fat!

Actually, jeff mills is just one of several. Frankie knuckles is technicaly the godfaher of all electronic music today (trance, techno, house, ect).

Jeff Mills, Derrick May, uan Atkins, and Kevin Saunderson are credited as the godfathers of tehcno.

True true, but I still prefer Mills to all the so he will always have a special place in my heart ^_^

Seeing Knuckles in June too! And Daft Punk, M.A.N.D.Y, Deep Dish, DR. LEKTROLUV, Booka Shade, FELIX DA HOUSECAT to name a few!

What do you think?

I FUCKING LOVE TECHNO

But the question is do you? I love Sven Vath,Richie Hawtin, Gabriel Ananda, Vilabolos. Gods

I saw Jeff Mills (the Godfather of techno) on Sunday night and lemme tell you its all about the live show. When the DJ is peleting out a humdinger of a tune which leaves you awwing at the speakers while wondering is there any possible way to climb inside and wrap your arms aroud the music and snuggle up with it.

THIS IS LEAVE YOU IN A TRANCE WITH A PAIN LIKE EXPRESSION ON YOUR FACE.

I gotta change my routine. I'm getting bored with my current one and i've been doing it for too long. You have to keep your body guessing or else it will just get accustomed to the stresses and strains your putting it under. I may just ask one of the gym instructors to write me out one, dunno yet though.

I've heard that bible paper works good, but it burns fast. Help plzs.
bible paper is your best bet. it's made from onion skin, and as a general rule hasn't been given additives and dyes like most other paper. I've smoked a respectable (?) amount of bible paper myself. Don't use a page with ink on it, use one of the blank pages. when you lick the edge, you're going to need to hold it together longer, as bible paper obviously comes without glue, and unlike a blunt wrap isn't inclined to stick together. on the plus side, it's a bit stiffer than normal rolling paper and can be shaped much more easily.

Ah but who wants to have to hold their joint together while they smoke so it doesn't unwrap like a flower??

Getting a quarter once of pollen in two hours. The weekend begins today, tis a bank holiday weekend too not bad! Its gonnna be a stomper of a weekend. Got a Jeff Mills ticket for Sunday - thats stompin techno at its finest defo gonna get pills for that bad boy :D

Not buying coke this weekend no way can't afford that shite anymore. Might get acid though. NOthing like it. Ya gonnna clear your next 12 hours after doing that, the laughter and craic you have on that drug is so unique nothing compares to it I think!

Best of luck mate, you seem like a decent fellow.

All i need is a woman to calm me down. Without one I just seem to destroy myself. If you have a bird being with her and trying to be decent seems way more important then pumping your body full of drugs - well thats what i think anyway

So my dad caught me doing coke.

I was up for 48 hours drilling it with the lads, I went to a club in dublin and three sessions and we were back in my gaf on Sunday morning playing cards. One of the lads bought two ounces of Coke and we were all snorting the profit. I thought I had cleaned up but when he came in their was coke all over my nose and some on a magazine. It ain't that bad though because he known for a while i've done it before and i'm also 18 so their isn't much he can do... I also know for a fact he has done it before.

Ha i also managed to spend less then €10 this weekend! My mate owed me €100 so instead of paying me back he bought me a ticket for a DJ in town, half a bag of coke and 5 pills.. happy enough! On the saturday/sunday I had a litre of JD and bought a bag on lay

I'm actually a mess though I need to get my life sorted : /

The major reason I have never done cocaine, the price. Super fucking expensive for a 30 minute high. Then you want more which = more massive amounts of change. If I ever do it, it will be from someone elses stash.

Yeah but its only important not to be amooch! I did a 100 bag (1.5 gram) tonight in only three lines, I was at a lethal club, DJ was pumpin out de humdingers, SWEET!

Going to a savage club tonight, Its gonna be pumpin'! Me and 300 other techno heads outta our minds listening to savage tunes I can't wait. Might buy a bag of MDMA but like Coke its expensive and I'm not sure I can physically spend much more of my money without getting sick :(

Yup its the new-ist (sorta) thing in the world of techno. It goes nowhere but takes you somewhere. Listening to it leaves you awing at the speakers with a pain like expression on your face while you wonder if their is any possible way of crawling inside the speakers and embracing the music.

But you must be patient with minimal techno, but turning the volume up to 11 is a must. If you have a shit sound system your gay. I reckon though too many of you fags are hellbent on listening to a specific genre, broaden your minds and give all music a shot.

Anywho give these songs a blast..

.. 'Doppelwhipper' by Gabriel Ananda - at 3 mins or so she gets real sweet but let she play through

'This is sick - Original mix' - Solid groove. Love this song its a real REAKER, makes me shake my bum

'Fire' by Sven Vath - not very minimally but meh its a classic

OH AND OH OH!

'Deep throat' by Claude VonStroke. This song makes me feel like i'm travelling under water in a submarine.. Shes a beaut!
