yes i would sugest a wii over a 360 becuase 360 has so many problem's while the wii is a very good in the hardware but the title's on wii are crap

oh and if you remove the hard drive and no error's or flashing LED'S come up place the hard drive back on and the problem's should be solved

well if your hard drive doesn't work arfter you remove it and place it back the most likey problem is the internal connection with the hard drive so maybe you have over heated the whole thing i would sugest you go and replace it for a new one if you say you have the other error1020 becuase the 360 internal componet's can't take alot of heat in a long period of time
don't have it on for more than 4 hour's and if you get the following error's: 0010,0011,0012,0013,0022 do not turn on your 360 for atleast 4 hour's alow your system to cool down or you will permenlty damage you'r system

1 red light mean's a hardware failure and e79 is a hard drive error the e79 error mean's your hard drive is broken or the connection is messed up try removing your hard drive and play without it for a little while.
