They weren't arrested for dancing. They were arrested for disruptive behavior. Dancing is just one many disruptive activities like singing, advertising, speech making, etc. which was just not allowed in a memorial. The stage builder is severely limited. The adventure mode's plot was as interesting as an arachnoid defecating, while the gameplay in itself was repetitive, tedious, and boring. The WiFi is just unbearably bad. Break the targets isn't even good considering all characters share the same stages while there are items there for every character to beat it with the same item tactic.

This is why Melee totally cleans clocks.
