I really don't want to interfere on your debate, so all I can do is egg it on. Something that I thought of myself and believe in pretty thoroughly is this. A metagame moulds to 3 basic factors:

1. Characters
2. Game mechanics
3. Community

Idk where this will lead. Argue if those are the ONLY 3 factors, or what those factors mean for each game, idk. I don't like to type, I'd rather Skype it or something.

You could always be PV, Paradox, ParadoxV, or whatever you choose. You're part of the SSBC, that means you get a spot :D

Hello, everyone. A quick post before I go to sleep tonight. I'm going to do a run of Pokemon Ruby version (maybe Diamond in the future), but I wanna make it very special. I think I found the perfect way to. I'm going to name 1 Pokemon after every single active member of the SSBC. Problem is, I don't want it to be just any old Pokemon. It has to have meaning. So, I'm obviously opening it up to the people. With no bias for what may be cool, tell me which Pokemon you would like to be represented as in my upcoming Ruby run.

No, and no. This tech's called jacketing, or chainjacketing, or cj. It's a huge glitch ingame that can make Sheik copy the last hitbox she used and be able to use it at a certain obscure point behind her. You saw that in the HRC video. The glitch is great, but it's very hard to use in-game during a match, due to the fact that it takes a lot of time to get going. Hit something with a move, then pull some trick with her Side + B, and you have that hitbox facing behind you. It's weird. Yeah, this glitch is so messed up that it can freeze your Brawl game if you try to use it at the start of a match. No joke.

I main Sheik now, for those who weren't in the chat. She rapes ;D, and she can combo!
