That kid who everyone thinks is British but is not.
Ranma vs Ryoga Battle. Hear it for yourself.
It has one of the most wicked guitar solos evar in it.

You never know, if people show enough interest in the subbed version they might make a Region 1 release.Doubtful, Fist is just too old and strange for the Region 1 market.
A gorefest with super-censored violence in the first few seasons = hard sell.
Come on, WHITE BLOOD?!
Yeah, well retro does suprisingly well, for example Ranma is still like Viz's number two selling manga and it's been a good ten years since it ended. But yeah, I see your point.

This season started out pretty good, but drifts in and out of being very funny and painful to watch (had to skip two episodes due to the sheer lack of humour whatsoever) and it's hardly got me eager to dive into season four.
Well, season three and four is when they start differing from the plot a bit and also is filler heavy. I really hate the lack of Gosunkugi, they put in a gay ninja instead. Still, there are some good story arcs in season three and four, you just gotta know where to find them.
As for Fist, I have to go back to watching it subbed. The dub and the additional music drove me fucking insane. It's sad that it will probably never get a proper Region 1 release.

Why are you people so friendly?
Michael Bay! Who needs plot when you can blow shit up?
Hopefully the M16 gets replaced, I heard that it jams a lot and needs to be cleaned often.

I really can't stand the main character's constant sexism.
Welcome to Japan Kuro.

Time to track down the manga.
That's the sad part of really good animes, most of them have shit endings that either quickly resolve the plot or leave it "open" to our imagination.(In this case open means too goddamn lazy to tie up any major plot points) There is an exception to the plot rule however. Most short animes tend to have great endings, barring some exceptions.
Anyways, today was amazing. I was in NYC visiting my grandmother, and when I go to get food who do I see munching on tuna roll? SEAN FUCKING CONNERY. This man is one of my ideals, I love the bond films so much. Anyways, a woman passing by him did a double take and said "I love you" after he held the door open for her. Oh, and I also managed to buy a Banana striped headband from a cloth vendor outside the food place. All in all, a pretty awesome day.
What idiot draws attention to himself by typing on a computer? I would hide under something so the shooter can't kill me...

Churchill and Lincoln, two pieces of scum, one freed the slaves, the other gave the Jews a permanent base of operations to own the world from. Both of them should have died far more painful deaths.

PS: What the hell is up with everybody in the US hating all jewish people?
Stop thinking that because one idiot posts against jews, that means America hates jews. I myself am half jewish, and I think that we really don't have a hate problem against jews here. Please, sweeping generalizations is not what we need here.

Yes I do. I challenge you to pistols at noon sir.

Well, thing about sword fights is that they are tough to do, most of it is blocking or hitting a guy who blocks your hits. Now, fist fights are easy cause you can take mutiple hits and not die. Gun fights are easy to pull off because as long as there is distance, you can extend the fight however long you want. Sword vs Gun is doable, because you can have teh L33T sword ninjaz who can slice bullets. But sword vs sword is harder to do, because one good hit and the other guys done.
Now, battle axe vs sniper fights don't really last all that long, sadly....

Pretty much, but still, can't take things for granted just because one comes after another...

Wait, I never said the anime did. I said it is interesting how the Japanese view it, based on political parties in Japan and certain statistics. I wasn't implying that because the Anime said one thing, Japan must have the views of that anime. My first sentence was telling him the amount of episodes that nazies appear in, my second one was saying it is interesting how the Japanese view WW2. also if this is from one what is it? As I have had several people asking and I realised I don't know myself.
Black Lagoon
Not really, only there for about two episodes. It is very interesting how the japanese view World War two though...
Just got back from ICON, a video game/ anime convention I went to. Now, I went as Dean the gamer, not as Dean the hardcore Otaku, because when it comes down to it, the anime section is lacking to say in the least. However, this did not prevent tons of people from cosplaying, sadly, they all lacked originality. Out of everyone I saw, the majority were either Narutards or Ichigo from Bleach. I did see someone who was dressed as Ryoga, who, ironically enough, was lost.(he was trying to find the video game building) I kicked ass in the brawl tournament, but lost in the finals, so I just missed winning the prize. What scared me was the amount of old people there. By old people I mean like 60+ wearing cat ears and stuff like that. There was an animosity between the gamers and the cosplayers, and I really felt disgusted by like 99% of the cosplayers. After all, you can only see so much fail in so little time. In the end though, it was good fun, and I'll see if I can get some pics uploaded to show you.
Meh, I think we should just work with the insurance companies to make insurance more affordable. I hate the idea of government being in charge of anything...

I thought Light's voice was horrible.
I'm a Brad Swaile fan, so I liked it
It turned an unlikable character into a hateable one.
Nah, he got the whole "IM FUCKING INSANE" thing down...
Though the show managed to do that anyway, down the line.
Yeah, they kinda placed the focus on Mello and Near at the end
The voices for bit parts were good, though.
I think they aced L voice.
Even if that isn't much.
One of the more admirable dubs out there in my opinion. Swaile is hit or miss, but he plays crazy people well...
A dub debate huh? Well, believe it or not, I hated death note untill I watched it dubbed. The english actors made a shitty anime into a semi-decent one. I also can't watch Cowboy Bebop in Japanese. Most of the time sub> dub. But some dubs CAN get it right.... and some dubs are better then the subs(Black Lagoon comes to mind) Anyways, I am going to ICON tomorrow, a anime/videogame convention. I am a pretty big deal when it comes to brawl, so I am mostly gonna see the video game tournament section...

Well, just start your own conversation, and you have a 1 in 5 chance of not getting flamed!
Seriously though, Gendo, if cliches are what you don't like, then why do you watch anime? Almost every show is filled with cliches...

Hah, well that means he was a nazi. So he kinda has it coming.
I'm going to make stupid references to Ranma every 5 seconds.... No one will see it coming!
By the way, I bought a volume of black lagoon today. Pretty sweet, it's cool to see a black guy in anime...
Oh shoot, didn't click the link. Thought it was gonna be the same clip on youtube as it usually is. Nice touch with spongebob.

But anyways, Death Note is the same overblown piece of crap it's always been, no matter how awesome the dubbers are.
Love the comments here...
"Oh, it's only a chav, so he doesn't reflect the British as a whole"
"Oh, but he's a marine, he reflects the Marines as a whole"
Anyone else smell the irony?
Don't have a camera, but my favorite plushie is P-chan, a character on a show I like. He is an adorable lil' piggy. Here is a pic for reference...
