Well i have told numerous people on here, it has happened, pehaps not time travel but we definately have acheived the speed of light if not 98% of it which creates the lagging effect.
Now picture time as a straight line, it HAS to be faster than light, now to skip time we have to beat this line, how though? Simple we arc around it and before time reaches there. This could prevent such things as attacks or give us enough time to arc into the future and travel back, travelling back however is the one thing i cannot comprehend as travelling forward in time is relatively simple.
Element 115 is know to control its own atmosphere and others around it, If we had the element 115 band round a sphere then another sphere put around it, the inside sphere could in theory be used as the ship, then simply created the rest of the fuselage from element 118, it could withstand so many G's that it could hand the speed of light, it has been tested with bombs and such and 118 cannot be shifted, a large pyramid of it lies in egypt right now, the government must have put it there for us all to wonder and they came up with:
The pyramid of this "unknown" element must have come from the city of atlantis when they retreated from the tsunami that sank them, but why wasnt this pyramid there thousands of years ago? it was the government, we have had this technology for years, and who knows there could be humans out there right now with their records and family records deleted,as thats what happens to people who rat out on governments, they are killed.
