Basically there will always be that soccer mom who will always be there saying her kid got hit by a car or someone who was High and as long as The Soccer Mom is there it will never be legal in the US

As a post for this Education Funding Debate i remember talk to a teacher and i found out even with the funding they are putting into school the only thing they do when a teacher dies or quits the only thing they do is take the kids they are going to becoming into the high school and the exsisting ones they are going to becoming in is to pile them in the class room that are already full and adding more students onto the teachers load in which is also full
