Just hide in the building right before the plaza and shoot its legs when it get up close, or skip it and go to Rivet City.
You can skip the quest and go straight to Rivet City or the GNR Building
I've heard that another cure for GHIS is small weekly doses of RGL (Real Guitar Lessons). When on the RGL, it will reduce the amount of time you spend playing Guitar Hero, allowing your SLT to repair itself. This method can be somewhat costly as it may take a long time for your SLT to be fully restored, and the weekly fine could be around $50, but in the end it could also yield a profit if the RGL makes you not suck at life.
I've been wondering how to get into the Citadel because I found some power armor and i want to use it but they don't let me in. Do you have to be at a certain point in the main quest? I'm at the part right before you go into vault 112 and would like to know how much longer i would have to wait.
does it require a soft modded x-box and it is burned to a DVD because that the only way i would think of being able to give it to someone without giving the Microsoft points?

You shouldnt make fun of shaggy because he clearly has some chromosome deficiency or some other malformation that makes him impervious to logic. But in all seriousness he should be removed from the forums and put in his own special corner where he can cry about how god is cruel for allowing pox to ban him or how if only he was not a devolved human and then he could still rant on newgrounds. Also he claimed that people here didnt know what evolution is but he thinks it means raock turned into people so his inferiority should lead to him being banned

because if you can beat it on expert then you can obviously do it on any lower difficulty and they just dont make you waste your time
if anything guitar hero stole everything from rockband. if you look at guitar hero 1 on the back of the case it has harmonix mtv games and red octane on it, and harmonix and mtv games made rock band, and im pretty sure all red octane did was make the guitar controllers. most likely they split up because the makers of rockband wanted to add in the other instuments and red octane didnt want to.
its hard to say as of now because i havent seen the track list for guitar hero world tour, but i like how rockband 2 will have the dlc from the first carry over

I'm not sure if your trying to blame the US or the allies as a whole, but President Wilson's plan was nowhere near as harsh towards the Germans as the plans of the British and French. But yes i agree it pretty much was the allies fault that the Nazi party rose to power and got them pissed at the allies
Having drugs be illegal does promote safety of the public, if they were made legal then people could easily work on making them safer which could also help protect the public from situations in which people do do drugs in public. The problem is it is difficult to tell which method is safer without doing it so the gov't has kept drugs illegal because that seems to be working decently, whereas legalizing them could be a catastrophe.
