I remember that I once dreamed of being suffocated in water under thick ice. It was so realistic that when I woke up, I could barely breathe for a few seconds.

Response to: What is the best animation software Posted May 6th, 2014 in Animation

Frame by frame, eh? There is a neat little piece of software called Pencil that is created for frame by frame animation, specifically the traditional paper style. The program has got drawing tools in case you want to draw directly inside of the interface, just like you do with Adobe Flash.

If heaven is for good people only, then it is most likely a deserted place.

Hm. I don't really like this everyone seems to do nowadays, reducing the size of limbs to give it that cartoon-like look. But I have to admit that you've done it in a very interesting way. The drawing is dynamic and not boring to look at. Good job.

Especially if you have children. However, children seem to be understanding the benefit of their parents working more and more as time passes.

Response to: What is "human", and what makes it Posted April 3rd, 2014 in General

Some anthropologists I've met refuse the statement that humans are animals. I seriously don't see why. We have spines - like cheetahs, wolves and other mammals do, not to mention some facial organs - eyes, noses, lips etc.
Following what they believe, the ability to think independently and obvious understanding of consciousness is a reason enough to put a thick boundary between the words "human" and "animals".

Well, the best way to deal with this is to set a fixed quality. Anything above 360p is recommended.
Also, not that YouTube completely sucks, it still is one of the best sites around. It has just massively changed with all this "you can't do this and that" kind of thing. And the comment section is just awful.

Why is slow-paced music popular? Posted December 2nd, 2013 in General

Germany adores Schlager music, and almost any countries in Europe like vocal electronic music with repeated motives (love, inebriation, illegal actions etcetera) and nobody listens to classical or at least rhythmical music that improves cognitive functions. This modern music is probably loved because of its catchy tunes and easy-to-remember lyrics and it doesn't do anything but dumb you down. Has the world really lost the taste in music?
