I usually get my ideas from my dreams then I fix em to make sense in ways.
If you are really stumped, I can think of some stuff you can do tomorrow... Or quickly think of some stuff.
Would you want a series or a short story.
I have a few ideas I won't be using... You can have them if you want.

Well, so far what I have is planet earth was almost at the end of time when a huge asteroid was hurling towards planet earth, with all the brilliant minds at work to stop this, one man found a solution, teleporting.
after choosing an Galaxy found by another mind, sh/she found a galaxy with 56 dirt planets like earth.
Teleporting without moment to lose, only one problem of earth was solved, but they were many more, like over populating, world hunger ect, the solution was to move to different planet next to earth, but not the whole world since there 56, Texas, Canada, Australia, New York, and almost all the world moved besides the people of the north of Canada. and few Americans decided to stay.
After 116 years past since the teleport, planet Heart(Earth/ The communication, transportation, power, and few others) crashed and all planets lost connections with all planets, even the smallest pipe could take a 15 years to fix. it would take 8 years to find and 5 to fix.
2 years past the lost of connections, Taron and Damian decided to alerted the other planets and also have secret project going on the trip across the galaxy. Collect a song from each planet....
Note: after the years past the earth pipe lines and factories became a shape of a heart and can be seen from other planets.
I have more to write, but right at the molment I'm to lazy and have other things to finish.
