Legendary Frog's work is good, but its also overhyped.

Its not to say his stuff isn't funny, but there are better submissions out there.

Well, why not just have each piece feature its original game music? Most game music is about 20-30 seconds long, and easy to get.

Why don't you play the flash version here and see if you like it or not rather than rely on your "friend".

I personally think your making this desicion a little too soon. The systems aren't even a year old.

In all honesty, if you did get in trouble, most companies would just send a letter to either take the flash down or change the music.

There are numerous times where Tom had to take down hundreds of flashes because the company didn't like it(like the Lego flashes) but no one got sued.

But it wasn't a parody. Parodies are flashes that are designed to ridicule the original source and such.

There maybe hundreds of Zelda flashes but outside of sprites, you can count the number of serious ones on one or two hands.

Expect to see more with the Zelda game coming on the horizon.

You could always trace them if you are that bad at them.

Type in actionscript or whatever you want to learn Plus "Flash". You can find ungodly amounts of books for about a dollar or two.

You should download the free flash trial on the Macromedia site. Some people try out flash and discover they don't want to put in the work in creating a flash.

You can also get the educational version of Flash for $150 if you do like it. Its no different than the other version except you agree not to make a profit on it.

Well, if you are going to be a writer, you should be a little more mindful on your grammar. Even if you are just being lazy, its going to hurt you in terms of a first impression.

Also you should include some sample of your writing with your post. Everyone here has a different style and your writing may not fit someone elses.

Animating is alot of work. I'm not saying you have to give them hundreds of dollars. 10, 20 would at least give them some incentive to give up possibly hundreds of hours of work.

Have you even tried to use flash before? Its alot more work than one thinks.
