I can get a round trip ticket to Pittsburgh for $200, its almost $400 to get one straight to Philadelphia, or I can take the bus for $150.

Perdix, I was near Dallas for a while for a basketball tourney. I was in a really small town, and I'm drawing a blank at the moment. I stayed in a hotel, in a shopping center that was kinda in the middle of nowhere. Dallas is pretty big, could you be a bit more specific as to where you live? I think I was just north of it. I'll have to check up on the city I stayed in.

I've removed all GIF files from my site because of the copyright/licensing BS involving GIF files, and PNG and MNG files are the best alternatives. PNG works okay in IE5, but it doesn't do alpha channels, so no transleucency. Nutscrape 6 users don't have to worry about that crap, since it's supposed to fully support both anyway. My main page (after the index page) has the MNG files embedded on it, on the right in the banners column.

where do you live? what part of san diego? i know where SDSU is. i went to some baseball games, tony gywn stadium. i met the team once because my baseball team once got to warmup or something on the field (yeah corny i know, but it was fun at the time).

SDSU is a nice campus. Especially Cox Stadium.

beast: not to sound harsh or anything, but i mean, this is just another counter-strike animation, except you can actually animate. i mean, it looks like you traced many of the weapons right from CS as tho you took a screenshot and just traced and colored it exactly alike. even some of the CT's look very similar to the game. i mean, why not develop graphix all on your own? the artic warfare magnum that's able for download on your site looks like you bitmap traced CS. i think you have far more potential than that. i've seen your art, and i don't doubt your graphical skills, i'm just questioning your choices.

there is also a time factor. do you think that ross has all this time to program a whole new rating system? and then implement it on all the movies in the portal?

and who would rate how offensive these are? a crew? a single person? people are biased and what some people find offensive, i find funny (and vice versa). who would rate these? if you think the general public, then you are making a big mistake. people are corrupt and would vote on their own movies to make them acceptable while they aren't, or would (as something like revenge or out of spite) vote a movie worse than it is. as example, look at the portal. not everything is where it should be, and probably never will be. just because a lot of immature people like to vote down movies.

and NG being more school friendly? with assassin in the spotlight? this is Tom's site after all, and while it's nice to showcase other work, this is mainly for Tom. hell, this is Tom's lively hood. By sheltering the people from Tom's work, what's the point of that? why not just go to the actual animtors site and watch the damn movie? it'd help out NG with their bandwidth problems too.

Actually my voting power wasn't a major factor in all but one. I'm able to kill so many because of knowledge and luck. I know when and what the thresholds are and I'm lucky that so many available today.
