I dont know a single boy who didnt play with fire in his younger years, its a natural thing. I agree with the topic starter. You cant blame him for it, everyone plays with fire when their young. If he is to be prosecuted, that means other kids who play with fire, whatever the outvome, should be prosecuted to.
