5) Spam guessing is not allowed, posting an endless list of possible objects kinda ruins the fun for everyone.

You could have stuck with your first (broad) guess in this latest post, since it is some kind of instrument.

To be more precise it's a part you'd find on a violin, but also on other instruments.

So far everybody more or less followed the rule and only posted one, two or sometimes three guesses at once and I didn't feel like I had to enforce a rule on that, but now I have to or it would be ridiculously unfair for the other users.

So if you or anybody else can tell me the PART of the violin that is actually seen on the pic, you or that other possible user will get the point. And yes, it has it's own commonly known name.

Sorry Tomsan, but maybe you can still solve it.

fair enough, I am sorry, and indeed multiple guesses wouldnt be fair. In my defense we were kinda stuck on this one, but anyway...

since pegbox has already been guessed I am going for the bridge

The thing with color is kinda... I don't want it to be colorful...
I guess I have problems with shading and stuff but I starting to learn it. So some pages later there will be grayscale ;)

At this point theres no big story. Well , of course, everyone page have a little story. But not every page got a joke. It's not my concern to make you loling every page I make. Perhaps there will be some sad ones.

In this one you show, I just wanted to explain that I will use english ( I'm from germany so most things I posted were in german). BTW if you see some fails in my english then show it to me please :)

Your point with the y- and x-axis is right. So thanks for mentioning it.

That you dont get the other one is kinda sad for me. I think you are producing stuff like animation or art or something? So do you don't wish you have some kind of Beam to create stuff instantly?

Thanks again for critizising, but I think it's rude to say it's lame :(

But this is a 1 page punchline comic, that much is clear, so in this case it should be your concern. Or are you saying this is only one page of a longer story called "english"? no probably not, so the point remains.

after your explaination of the second comic I understand it, I was thinking along the lines of Goku's kamehameha, but thats why I didnt understand the book appearing. I am not an artist so I may not recognize this problem you propose, but I dont know if its really clear for anyone else including artists like yourself. maybe I am wrong though.

And yeah..."lame".. well I am not taking it back, I can repharse it if you want: not funny, boring.

better?

English: "why isnt it THAT simple" or "why isnt is simple like that"
"situation ON the internet"
"your english suckS"
"mother tongue" is not wrong, but It looks weird to me, you can use "native language"

not edible
almost completely made of wood
You are usually holding it in your hand when you are using it. If you are using it.
It's larger than a regular bottle and smaller than a TV.

somekind of instrument (horn, flute, violin, small guitar (ukulele) )

if not then:

somekind of ship compass (the one you line up with the stars)
somekind of wooden (beer) mug
somekind of weapon (a club?)
somekind of kitchen article (old salt/pepper/herb dispenser)

well well well arent we in a good mood. No harsh, straight to the point words?

OT; your drawings are oke, missing color. but the biggest problem imo is the story or joke ur trying to tell.

so the one I included for u here; what is it about? I dont recognize the problem at all and I really dont really get your joke (also u probably want to move the 'years' to the x-axis). There's probably not much to 'get' but I dont see any humor in it

your other comic is even weirder, and here I can probably say i dont get that one.

So although the drawing is oke, the comic is very lame imo. I guess creating humor is tough

lol an ounce? thats like 30 grams right? dont want to pull the dutchy card but that just has to be crap then. 30grams of high quality stuff cannot be smoked/ingested or whatever without u puking or passing out.

and I know the difference, I am dutch and free to buy whatever quality I want. I smoked on 3 separate occasions in the US with college students (no so teens or something) and I did not feel a thing. my conclusion is that american stuff just doesnt cut it. same goes for south american weed, its nothing....

Any questions, tips, etc would be helpful
P.S: I used a ruler to make sure everything is spaced out, so it took me a while to make this (in other words, yes, I am a noob >_>)

I dont really see any rules against it, but I also dont believe its really art though, maybe a recipe for it. I dont think people really care for looking at music sheets, maybe if they can place it (I cant anymore). Seems more related to audio forum. What exactly is it you want to reach with this? If you want to promote your home-made music (idk) then I dont think the ART forum nor portal is the right place. but hell u can try

Wacom Bamboo/Graphire is great for starters but in essence ANY Wacom tablet will do you right.

seems a bit short sighted to me. I am no expert so you may be right, but tablet technology is nothing new and I cant imagine only one brand is able to deliver quality, especially since the market isnt that small. Its like those horrendous Iphone/apple fans... if it isnt apple its crap (is what they believe), which is BS.

Like apple I believe Wacom is a bit overprized, but that depends in what context youre using the tablet I guess. considering the reviews this should be a good starter tablet, so why not try it out? extremely cheap so you can hardly go wrong here.

its bigger then the bamboo, it has a better lpi and the pressure sensitivity is the same, so in numbers its an easy choice, obviously the brand may make a difference.

(the reviews are extremely positive btw, so I might try this one out as well thx for the link)
