Ok, yes, the character was nice.
And the skateboard was incredible and awesome experimental style bla bla.
BUT the skater is fbf, right? And he is moving to much when he is changing.
And if you use fbf, you should have the body parts in layers, then it's much more easy and it gets smooth.
Start with the skateboard, then legs, then body, head. And if necesarry, arms.

That's how I do it, but if you have other ways to animate, use those. Of cource.
I'm not telling you to change your style, it was just to "un-smooth" frame by frame.

But we get it from our father, he's a musician!
It's hard to learn it too, it's kinda complicated, but we started when Reason 2.0 was out.
