My school's Marine ROTC isn't that bad considering how you describe yours (even though we've had ours for a long time. A really long time). In fact, most my friends are ROTC people who both know when to be serious and when to have a good time so I guess I'm lucky in that retrospect.

Although I thought they already had some ROTCs down there, most cities I know down there have them.
