Funny thing is that I have a friend that is pretty damn awesome at the game and he uses Yoshi and would practically kill everyone without losing a life. So while yes, there are "tiers", they mean shit against an experienced player. So yeah, it is "balanced" to the point of not completely controlling the game every day.

Good thing that while it takes at least 10 minutes to create a flash, it takes 10 seconds to delete it.

If you're downloading something, then that will slow it down a lot, but if you're not then it probably is time to get a new computer. Even the best of computers have to go sometimes but try clearing up some space and the like. If you're like me than you'll have a couple of old games you don't use anymore.

He posted the same thread in General and they found some viruses I believe. I think it was a trojan or something. I suggest downloading this game with extreme caution, and make sure you get rid of the viruses if your that stubborn to downloading it.
