On a dark Friday night on IH-35 40 miles north of Austin, I was going 85 mph on a 65 mph road. So I got pulled over.

After over a year of driving, I finally got pulled over (go me...), and I knew for the fact that I was going well over the speed limit.

After having to talk to the state trooper and knowing that I went maybe over 20 miles over the speed limit, he gives me a warning, A WARNING!

I was surprised myself, I thought that was a guranteed ticket. What was even more strange is that I got away from getting a ticket LAST WEEK (but I was not in my car)!

Am I just good with the cops?!

Back from Saturday school. I have to say it wasn't all that bad, in fact, it was pretty cool (other than being in school on a Saturday). I read some of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and it was a pretty good book. But yep, that's pretty much it.

There was this one animation called Persepolis which takes a story about a young Iranian girl that goes through numerous changes in their government. It is rather interesting.

One small bad part is that it is in French, but English subtitles are there.

Here is the trailer. This movie in my opinion is on my top 5 best animation movies I have ever seen. I highly recommend it.

Nah, it is fine at eighteen. What I think is that the drinking age should be eighteen.

Here is one more reason why I think that abortion should only be used in life threatening situations (danger to mother and/or child):

Ok let me first start off saying that I am usually pro-choice with most subjects in the matter, rather its gay marriage, religion, etc. However you must think about the fact that if you were to let the mother decide about the abortion or not, then you are pretty much betraying the child inside of her.

Of course it won't be able to have a mind at that point, but I do believe rather it can think or not, it should have a chance in life. And if you think I am crazy then read my example:

Suppose you were under the age of 18 (or if you are then same difference), and you are a citizen in the United States. You have been giving future rights that you can vote once you were the age of 18. That right there is future rights. But now lets act like abortion is some dick government that decided to put harsh restrictions. The "government" then would say,"I'm sorry but you can not vote no matter what your age will be because I say so." Basically taking away his/her future rights.

So to translate all that to what we are talking about. The child in the womb should have future rights to live and nothing (unless special reasons applied that is ONLY life threatening) can stop from him/her to be able to live.
