Newgrounds was huge back in the early 2000s. Like others have mentioned most of the good animators moved to youtube for better promotion. Also, there were few free to play games and most people had dial up, so web based flash games were popular.

meh seems like you just have some crappy nurses.. i work at a hospital actually and 95% of the nurses i come in contact with know their patients allergies or their diet. you get them old lazy ones every now and then but meh.. im assuming you're in the icu and the nurses there should of be more qualified
