Screen hopin pisses me off

I know it is hard not to glance over, but unless u hav no life and hav like all maps memorized by the little indents in the rocks and how many leaves are on each tree a glance won't give you their exact position. To get their exact position you would have to deliberatly stare at the other screen. You can't have a little snipin action or any stealthy warfare if your enemy always can see you. It works the same way as if someone online is usin a wall hack or always havin radar. Its a thing that your just supposed 2 not do cuz of basic thoughts of the average gamer.

2.Is there any program that has notes or beats preentered into the program (is it legal to submit this) or do I always have 2 record my own and just edit.
