The internet has worked the entire time I've been in the house, so it can't be a firewall.
The connection is definitely compatible with Vista
When you mouse over the internet symbol by the clock at the bottom it shows the connection as unidentified. But it's working on this computer so it was something I did trying to fix the 'ip conflict'

Before you ask, this is on another computer. I changed my ip to fix what my computer thought was an ip address conflict with another computer and now it won't identify my home network. Need moar help. Does anyone in General have the intelligence to fix?

Just out of curiosity, does anybody know how much Newgrounds usually makes per ad click? From the graph posted by the OP, it seems to be about 19.56 cents per view ("ad impression"). That sound about right?

This is how shit works. The ads are paying Newgrounds to host them, so they get money whenever the ads are clicked, along with the amount payed to keep the ads hosted on the site. You can activate the revenue thing so that you can have a share from the ads clicked on your page or the ads you click, and then you get a share based on the difference that click or the clicks other people did have made. At least that's what I'm understanding
