It is messing up just after some audio or during audio and the audio is playing but just a frozen picture and its constructed of scenes

i have been working on this halloween flash for a while and i just completed it but when i go back through it it misses out some bits randomly and it is damn annoying i dont no what is up with it

if i play just the scene its fine but if i play it in full the audio seems to either lag the player or starts way too early
