Is it possible to have a racing or shooting game in shockwave whereby a link can be pressed within the shockwave application to open a completely seperate flash application (possibly in the same window)?

and also would it be possible to have a link in the flash application which then leads you back to the shockwave game?

Just out of interest, does any one know how much it costs the developers to host that game (server space price?), my friend told me it was being taken down soon because it costs so much to host
