I have a teacher that MAILED me homework to do over SUMMER because I was in Barbados for the last two days of term.
You have NO RIGHT to be complaining.
Wow.
That teacher is awesome. You've got to appreciate the comical value in that. Hell, I'd work on it harder just because it made me laugh.

Hmmm, doesn't look safe to me. I don't wanna get caught for putting a Trojan on the school network. Is this even legal?
Yes it is perfectly legal. No one has any right to deny us of freedom in internet use

1. Apple made a veiled threat to sue Palm over using multitouch
APPLE DID NOT INVENT MULTI-TOUCH.
No, but they did patent their own method of manufacturing and implementing multi touch screens, a method that they deemed was far too similar to Palm's.
This happened to me a few times. Almost every time I tell the person, they don't respond (must be some sort of primitive self preservation measure the maker added in), so I tell them again. I usually end up taking them through the process of uninstalling whatever bullshit norton version they have and recommend the most idiot proof antivirus I know of; avast!.
