Yes, that's right Zplinteh, and TehreTard, and you WORLDTHREAT, I have it. >:3
Hey, he didn't even mention me in there, so I don't see how you can complain. I might get this over COD4, from the fact that everyone and their mom (well, maybe not their mom) has it and says it's good
First off, happy birthday Phantom. I know it may be too late for you, being couple hours ahead of GMT time, but for me, I've still got about 35 minutes to celebrate. Sadly, I have no spare munies; like you, my entire family (save for me) was born in April, making it a tight month on the wallet. And I hope you got money, since it can lead to sexings.
Second, Yay, Roster!
Third, I got new contacts!
Fourth, I got a new shirt!
Fifth, I took a shit
Sixth, I'm hoping that somebody read through all of those and responds with the tenth word of this post.

Meh, they were a decent size back around the summer of 2007 or so. They sucked.
And second, you might want to take a look at the news post of that TheBeatlesBand account. It claims that the account BEATLESBAND (which looks to be the old Beatles Band account) is an impostor... So it's not the old Beatles Band, whoever they were.
Meh, whatever. They're back, whether it was the original members or not.
I know I'm jumping in during a conversation, but fuck you guys.
First, homosexuality is a chemical unbalance in the brain, or the wrong hormone was introduced to the fetus. It's still up in the air what makes gay people gay, but those are the 2 most popular theories.
Second, you're assuming that gays can't reproduce. Just because you aren't attracted to someone doesn't mean that you can't reproduce with them. I know naturally they wouldn't be attracted to the opposite sex, but us humans have highly complex brains, compared to most, if not all animals, and being so smart, we have the ability to override some of natures devices. So a gay person can "take one for the team" and reproduce with the opposite sex; they still have all of the parts.

I'm sorry to see you go. Not because you made some awesome rosters, but because you were an awesome guy. I feel you when you say that you don't have enough time to fully enjoy Newgrounds, let alone make up rosters.
I'm just glad to see that Newgrounds hasn't taken over your life, and that you prefer to have other activities to do. I'll see you around.
Also, The Beatles Band is back. Not sure if you remember these guys, but they seemed to have cleaned up their act.

Yeah. I'm just saying that I'm not here often enough to run a club. I'm on every other day, for an hour, give or take.
Also, The Beatles Band is back. Not sure if you remember these guys, but they seemed to have cleaned up their act.
I'd like to withdraw my name from voting. If you guys haven't noticed (which would make me feel sad), I post infrequently anymore, and sometimes can't even get a deposit in.
Don't get me wrong; I love being here, and love Newgrounds still, I just don't show up as much anymore. And if elected, the same problem would persist. Also, I'm in charge of too much shit right now to take on another responsibility.
But I would vote for APF; he's essentially the leader, and he seems to truly care about the Department of Defense. He's also one of the more active people on the list.

Not worth the wait.
I agree. It's just too slow to be an online shooter. I haven't tried a capture the flag (or whatever it's called) or the capture the bases (or whatever it's called) matches yet, but overall, I've been underwhelmed by this supposedly great game. That warehouse level is too big, while the other level is too small. And you can't move worth a shit.
Hey, just stopping in to congratulate everyone on 900 pages, and to show I'm still alive. Also, anyone see the Night in Hotlanta flash? I know you know about it, but it's pretty big, so I figured you skipped over it. It's not bad; it was pretty funny, although not as awesome as a final flash should be.
Also, Hadcore porn
At 4/23/08 11:39 PM, AnalPenguinFarming wrote: There's nothing "smart" about protecting shitty spam flashes. There's a reason why a blam/protect system was implemented, and that was to prevent shitty flashes from coming in, and letting the flashes that have had real hard work put into them through to the website.
It was also put into place so that those who were dedicated to the site, and wanted to see it flourish, would have the ability to stop a bad flash, or keep a good one around. Now, just trying to get your rank up by getting the protect points doesn't help; the amount of spam you need to protect would outweigh the slightly better ability to blam stuff.

Hurr hurr, the 2,000 gaps are nothing compared to THE 3,000 GAPS!
Which is a lot of gaps, I hear.
Congratulations, it must be very hard in your position to pass other users. I climb about 5 ranks a day, sometimes less. But it gets harder and harder, before I could climb about 10 ranks a day.
Yeah, it happens. I'm sure when you were a noob, and you didn't stat count, you were moving 50 ranks a day easily.
It's because only the hardcore are left near the top, while the people who sign up for a month or so quit early on. There are a lot of people who signed up for a couple of months, got some points, then left NG, leaving old accounts with roughly the same stats as others behind.

Same here. Only instead of college it's high school. And my mom would bitch at me for playing it so late, which is not worth it.

Hey! I didn't come in last! I'm glad that I stayed up last night and b/ped for a while. I was mainly waiting for my Metal Gear Online Beta to download, but that's besides the point.

Actually, the article seems to indicate that Kojima was disappointed in the specs of the PS3; he believed that the PS3 could do more than what it currently can.
Also, that's a 360 site. I'll quote from the author of the article:
"Well there you have it, straight from the man himself. Metal Gear Solid 4 is not revolutionary."
They also point out a 6/10 Mario Kart Wii review. Not many more consoles they can make fun of.
Not really. I mean, RB is better around; more songs, more instruments, and just as good (in not better) collection of songs. The only flaw (if you can call it that) is that it doesn't kick you in the balls at a certain point from the sheer difficulty.
That's cool, but seeing how (if i had the game) the PS3 version comes with the ability to download any mod created on the PC version, I could get Master Chief, if I so chose.
So, theoretically, the 360 only gets the 5 maps.
You know, maps seem to be a Microsoft fetish; every game they have either gets exclusive maps on the disc, or exclusive DLC maps.

It's up in the air whether the install will make the game run faster or not. I mean, the other GTA games had very limited load times, and that was even before a hard drive was in a console. But who knows; until some one prints a review with a comparison, no one will know.
Back in the day we weren't so whiny when it came to games. Give some kid a DS without a backlight and they'll complain so much. Back in the 90s we had to play gameboys with no backlight or use a book light.
I remember doing that with my Gameboy Color. But I agree; most people are too spoiled today; everything is instant, everything has to be to the highest quality and with the most features, and everything has to be convenient. If it doesn't follow at least one of those rules, it isn't worth anything. I mean, back when in Middle School (ages 11-14, at least for me), I saw kids getting picked up from school every day, no matter the weather or distance, just so their precious babies didn't have to walk home. I rode my bike just about everyday, minus days I had to bring something in, or the weather was bad.

Is there any kind of consultation prize awarded? I mean, if you get X amount of points, but don't crack the top 3, you'll get Y number of XR?
And if there isn't, don't worry about it.
Can anyone fill me in on what's been going down in the Barracks over the last couple of days? I've been fucked for the last couple of days, and it feels good to finally have a day off, especially on one that is so fucking nice.

Meh, I figured I'd be in last. But I didn't think that someone would get 128 points after 3 days.
Pennies are needed, although not desired.
To take away the base unit of currency would force everything to round up to the nearest .05 or .1, making somebody (either the consumer or business) to lose up to 4 cents per purchase. That may not seem like a lot, but if a business loses 4 cents on every purchase during a week, it could add up to thousands of dollars.
Also, there is a way to recycle the pennies. Since all of you (or at least 99% of you) belong to a bank, you could just change out all of your pennies for other coins for free. That allows businesses to use the pennies for change. It's the current system, but no one really seems to be promoting it.
Also, the government can reduce the number of pennies made each year; there by forcing the recycling process to take hold. The government saves money by spending less on copper, workers, and running the machines.
I'd have to say Assassin's Creed.
I mean, if I didn't have to collect 5116501446504 flags in under 2 seconds, or walk around a town, getting my cover blown by a retard who feels the need to push only me and no one else, or have to travel through hordes of guards just to get to that town, it'd be awesome.
Plus, it had a shitty story, until the end; the end is where it could get interesting. But other than that, it sucks balls.
But apparently, G4 is suckling at the giant dick of Ubisoft.
Ico, the developers first game from 2001, is the direct sequel to Shadow of the Collossus. If you beat the game (if that's not a hint for a SPOILER WARNING, you are fucking retarded), and wait until after the credits, you see your character getting "reborn" into a baby with horns. The main character of Ico is a kid with horns. If you put 2 and 2 together, you'll get SC is the prequel to Ico.
So through spoilers, there will be no direct sequel to Shadow, so this will probably just be a prequel to the prequel, or a sequel to Ico.
For the 360 DLC content, it's only 2 extra side missions for something like 800 MS Points each.
Yeah, the DLC is a real deal maker, especially when the PS3 has something comparable, although I'm sure that Microsoft has made sure it isn't as "fantastic" as 2 side missions

Nope, have to pre-order MGS4 at a store, and get the DVD on the history of MG. Hopefully, I can get my sister to stop at an EB Games or Gamestsop.
This is the european store update in a week I think, with the MGS beta.
You can only hope. If Jesus is kind, we'll get the update.

Figures it would start on the day when I have chores and have to go to work, and the day after Red and White Night, and the the day before I have to go shopping for my Mom's birthday gift.
R&W Night is a school spirit thing; the school is split in 2 by last name (A-K is Red, while L-Z is White) and competes against each other in various competitions, ranging from Trivial Pursuit (during the week leading up to the actual Night) to an obstacle course (on the Night), with 1 point per pre-Night event, and 2 on the night of. I was on pink team; really the White team, but since L swings based on population, I could be on either team in any given year. ANd for the last 4 or 5 years, Red has won every time. But this year, White finally won 49-44. But it was close; it was 44-44 after the competitions, but after the 5 "fan points" (points based on attendence, spirit, money raised for charity, etc.) were given we took the lead. Obviously, it was very exciting. I saw one of the team captains crying because she was so happy

Major-punk, a long time member of the EGB, apparently passed away a few days ago. I'm not sure if this is true, or if it's a silly little joke, but if it is true, then RIP Major-punk.
For some reason, I don't believe it.
Partially because I don't want to, but also because this "friend" doesn't specify what happened or when it happened. And although some one asked "what happened" and another "why" the person didn't respond to them, but focused on Coop, who gave a short but touching eulogy.
