hey never said it was good im not expecting to submit it to the portal. i just made this to put my art on it. and i had this so i put it in.

Here is my first art tell me if you think its half decent. i made it in like 15 minutes with a mouse on gimpso its not great but what do you think.

I lurk around the flash portal a lot and one of the main things that often makes something get blamed is.
. No music/sound effects
. Lack of tween frames
. In proper ratings
. And most often there very short and have no point ex. i guy in a car whose eyes are spinning and thats it.

So just think before you submit it, will this entertain people? If it doesn't entertain you it wont entertain anyone else.

Well im pretty sure tom fulp will set up a password on his account and add parental controlls to his sons account blocking almost every web site exept kid freindly ones so no i dont think anything will change reguarding the rating system.
