If you mean the people who are just now going out and buying a game-cube, then no, I don't hate them.

I more or less pity them really...It pretty much means they don't have the money to buy a next-gen console or they are just now getting into it. My video game playing started at a young age, a game boy color, just to pass the time on [long] car trips. By the time I was older, I was used to the fact of fictional wacky characters bouncing around the screen of whatever I was playing. But just recently I talked to a new-to-gaming-eleven-year-old friend-o-mine and he said something about Super Smash Brothers Melee.

"It just doesn't make sense make sense to me...Make believe characters running around beating each other up, its kinda stupid. Isn't it?"

Poor, poor boy.

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand what you're asking me, the Grounds Gold Leaderboard? xD Sorry!

I gave the "medals" in this game a little Newgrounds themed slang name. You've got some medals, and by hovering over them you can see their point value. I just assumed since you're an achievement buff, you would do a NG themed leaderboard to go along with it.

While I'm getting my post count up as fast as I can, I might as well keep relations with the leaderboard community.

So Jawdyn, you gonna do the Grounds Gold Leaderboard too?

Topic: They should legalize all drugs

Posted: 02/26/09 06:08 PM

Forum: General

As Zerok pointed out, legalizing drugs would have a lot more implications than just the number of stoned teenagers increasing. But what about this, set facilities where people can go to satisfy their habits. Maybe kinda like a hotel for drugies. They would stay until they were done smokin' or poppin' da pills and then leave.

Would that be a safe solution?

If I have more than one game I feel like going through I have to rush.

Although completing a game for gamerscore and trophies is fun, I prefer to play what I feel like playing. Problem is, I don't have that many games...

I wanna GTA4 rite nao!!

Maybe playing the game for the fun and enjoying it would help? I mean, instead of thinking of it as a time trial.

Hi guys, sorry I have not been active 'n stuff. Internet was out.

Has anyone done this?

No, but I've seen some reenacments. It might not be a good idea though. I've heard about some accidents with the explosives, nothing deadly, but it might be something to consider before putting some black powder on the ground.

They also want those online things to have cool names, not "family-friendly" names.

Ahhh, but this was before it was the norm to have online game-systems (correct me if I'm wrong). I think our perspective on online gaming could have changed to having a "cute little machine" if everything went the right way.

Lizzardis - 89
TheOriginalReference - 89

Well well it appears I have a rival. >:D

TheOriginalReference, Police Officer (not really it's just a name change)

If my names too long on future lists, you can call me T.O.R.

>>> 19 || +4 || [ 0623 ] || [ 0089 ] || [ 012.7 ] || TheOriginalReference, Police Officer
>>> 20 || - 1 || [ 0609 ] || [ 0000 ] || [ 000.0 ] || Lebastic, Police Officer
>>> 21 || - 1 || [ 0599 ] || [ 0000 ] || [ 000.0 ] || SonicSheep, Police Officer
>>> 22 || - 1 || [ 0579 ] || [ 0000 ] || [ 000.0 ] || MrCrawford, Police Officer
>>> 23 || - 1 || [ 0557 ] || [ 0000 ] || [ 000.0 ] || RS200, Police Officer

That's a pretty big gain if I do say so myself.

Thanks perfect for doing the roster and stuff!

Hey I love history! I'll join!
My favorite stuff is 20th century when all the recent stuff was happening, but I'm game for any kind of topic!

At the civil war thing: No, the conflict of slavery was not the only cause. Other factors were the state rights the southerners wanted, but couldn't have because we are the U.S. of A. and the wealth that the south wanted because they were gettin' jack squat while the Industry in the north was layin back smokin cigars (in their point of view at least).

Yes, I'm southern. But I'm not confederate damit.

Now, the disks are used in Sega's Arcade machines.

Sega's decision to implement a GD-ROM (though publicly advertised as a CD-ROM) for storage medium did save costs but it did not compare well against the PS2's much touted DVD capabilities.

Yeah, I know, but it was advertised as a CD-ROM. So I guess I just put the advertised one.

Imagine it is November 2001 and its the release day of the Nintendo Gamecube. Sega is trying to market the Dreamcast with its "NEW" and "AWESOME" CD-ROM player (the Dream will be considered outdated in 2002), Sony is rolling in the success of the DVD able PlayStation2 (which will be the best-selling console in history), and Microsoft just released the Xbox three days ago and its "Xbox Live" and something about a Halo 2 coming out soon.

Now imagine that Nintendo made a last minute change to their "Game-Cube" making it online capable, just like Microsoft and Sony. How would have things turned out?

Info from here.

Haven't you heard? The new thing is questioning your sexuality and saying "GO EAT SHIT AND DIE YOU HOMO!1!"

A janitor at Oakton Elementary School, Elliott Lieteau, said he found Aquan on the floor of the restroom and that others told him the boy had been pulled off a hook. Lieteau said he performed CPR.

I think it was the "others" in the bathroom with him. It could have been a dare, it could have been forced, it could have even been accidental, but I don't think that this could have been a plain out suicide. Somebody needs to question those kids.
