This is a horrible idea for a collab because you did not even think about coming up with an idea for even a second, you just thought "Oh, I want to have a collab right now and make some programmer do all the work!"

When suddenly, you hear gunshot and immediately get on the ground. You hear a very high pitched voice, kind of like Fred's, yelling "GET ON THE FUCKING FLOOR!"
You look up, and you see a small group of midgets, about 2 1/2 feet tall weilding machine guns. The guy next to you also looks up and starts laughing uncontrollably, then gets shot in the face. Another midget, after shooting him, yells "ANYONE ELSE THINK THIS IS A JOKE?" in an equally high pitched voice.

So, fellow Newgrounders, what would you do in this situation, and would you be able to stop yourself from laughing your ass off?

I can actually confirm this, there have been several articles on this. I caan say, though, that Twilight is taking over the world.

Yes, that was one of the two problems that I thought of being an issue for this collab, the other being not many people know what DDR is. This defidently (sp?) would take a lot of time to make, short cuts would have to be figured out. It would work well as long as they had a good team and a lot of time on their hands, but I could consider something like this becoming very high rated and very popular.
(High Scoreboard would help quite a bit)

Yes, game collabs are allowed, but they take more time, and sprite games don't always turn out too well. Sprite collabing is done a lot, so your idea will also have to be unique, but Megaman is not as common as doing Sonic and others, so it would work better. However, say what characters must be used and which can't seems more sillly than useful to me.

It would probably be pretty cramped in there, I doubt anyone that's claustrophobic ( or obese) is going to drive it.

I've had this ideaa in my head for a LONG time, but I suck with flash, so hear me out.
I think a DDR collab would be awesome. DDR is like a video game version of Stepmania, or Flash Flash Revolution. In the collab, the controls would be the keypad on the keyboard for the notes. (Or you can do Guitar hero for this idea, whatever) You would have multiple people do music videos for songs in flash. Then, the music videos would be fitted with steps or notes. (Portaining to the song, not the actual video) We then add programmers to the mix to make menus, come up with the system, and all that is needed. And, Tada! we have the DDR/Guitar Hero collab.
