That's where you're wrong.

This guy has MAGIC sunglasses. I shit you not. He sees shit that other people might not see. Blood stains, petrol and semen. That kind of stuff.

Does he have any power armour?

I dislike current gen because of the online multiplayer focus of the vast majority of games. Multiplayer is shit, I never even considered touching it before they added achievements and whatnot.

PS2 is probably the best console ever made, Mega Drive a close second.

I made an origami thing but it doesn't look as good with lined paper.

I haven't even been following Heavy Rain. Isn't is just one long quicktime cutscene?

I was just given £500 to order myself whatever I wanted.

That's come to 4 seasons of Voyager, 4 seasons of Enterprise, 1 season of Deep Space Nine, the complete X-Files, Bill Bailey's Tinselworm, Stiff Little Fingers' live DVD/documentary "Still Burning", complete Only Fools and Horses (minus specials), both of Marseille Figs' CDs, Ray Harryhausen's autobiography, Fallout 3 GOTY for PC, and Dragon Age: Origins for PC.

I can't beat COD1 on Veteran. I've done the rest, but not that one.

COD2 is pretty nightmarish in places. Bits where you have to clear buildings, but if you leave the building to cover for health or whatever, all the enemies respawn.

The best episode of anything ever is actually "The Breaking Point" from Band of Brothers, not some shitty Seth MacFarlane tripe.

Supernatural vs Tremors.

Think about it. Sam and Dean team up with Burt Gummer to fight Graboids.

It would be AMAZING.

Christmas number 1 is a big deal. A talent show called The X-Factor airs each year, and the winner of that releases a single. This single always then goes on to win Christmas number 1, as the show is popular. People don't approve.

I haven't even listened to 10 albums this year.

I liked:

Jumbo - Marseille Figs (although it's just an EP)
Bourbon Soaked Gypsy Blues Bob N' Stroll - Urban Voodoo Machine
Let The Dominoes Fall - Rancid

Now you're making stuff up. It couldn't be exported for the exclusive feature of the Triple- and Double-Vocals. Basically, you can have up to 3 people sing; 1 person sings the melody while the other 2 back them up. Since that's not available for Rock Band 2, each song's code wouldn't work.

"Furthermore, the songs contained on The Beatles disc are not exportable to other games in the Rock Band series. Harmonix's Chris Foster cited the game's new vocal harmony feature as well as the unique song-specific dreamscape animations as reasons for the lack of exportability to other Rock Band games. John Drake stated that the developer had a responsibility to treat The Beatles' songs as "iconic", and keep its music separated from other songs."

Eh, looks like I heard wrong. It's the harmonies and some wank about them being iconic.

I'll buy it. I've been hoping for a Dookie DLC pack for ages, and there's a few tracks on each album that are decent.

But they don't. You're making things up, they're never marketed as new and original.

So why not just release it as DLC?

Licensing. Just like they had to release The Beatles as a non-exportable game because that's all they could get the rights for, clearly Green Day are only giving the rights if they get a full game themselves. If a band can do this, they will, since they get more money from a full game of their stuff than from a DLC pack.

It's the grinch in me

I just hate how they keep making these bloody games, I enjoy playing them but they're just milking the shit out of them now

If you enjoy something, how is more of them a bad thing?

How is this different to any other sequel? Same concept, new stuff. This is how sequels work.

It just pisses me off that they could easily roll all these bands into the same game, rather than stretch it out this much.

You can put the tracks onto Rock Band 2. DLC costs £0.99 per track, and I'd be very surprised if this game has less than 40 songs, so it's basically just buying DLC on a disc.

Guitar Hero and Rock Band need to stop being made. period.

Why do you hate fun?

Watched Clerks 2. Not the best in the series, but a really nice way to wrap it all up. Liked the more down to earth style compared to Dogma or Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, disliked the lack of nerd jokes.

Do I need to deactivate the console before replacing it, or does the fact that it's the same console just with a different drive mean it doesn't use up another activation?

Are the normal Rock Band instrument packs discontinued or something? My cousin is getting a PS3 for Christmas, and wants Rock Band, but I can only find the Beatles set and individual games of Rock Band and Rock Band 2, not the "Band in a Box" instrument pack thing.
