The whole thing came out awesome! I'm glad to see it was so well recieved, despite the incredible obscurity. A funny flash is a funny flash, even if people watching don't fully understand what the hell is happening.

I just wanted to thank all the judges, for the detailed reviews, and for... judging. Looks like I didn't do well in this one,as I was fearing my mic cost me some points. I think I'll take your advice on getting a podcast mic FatKid, You're not the first one to suggest it to me. Also thanks to the judges(most of them) who complimented my natural voice talent. It appears as though range was my strong suit, and I'm pretty happy with that. Bring on the next contest!

Thanks to everyone who helped make it possible! Woo!

Awesome. I'm pumped to see this thing! Thanks for putting all this together! Tres Bien.. or something.

The actor who plays Murray is by far one of the funniest dudes ever. I wonder if these guys are a good representation of New Zealanders? I sense a new era in comedy- the Kiwi era.

I think we all have. My suggestion: go bask in the sun, by a beach (if you live near one) and then eat a cheeseburger. You will feel fucking awesome.

I entered green poops into the forum search bar and the only related topic had to do with drinking beer, which i have not done in quite some time. So, whatcha think, medical professionals of Newgrounds?

Wow. I wish we had spent more time on our part. I'm afraid evryone elses will come out looking more finished than ours. If only i had known it would be bumped to august ... , but I guess hindsite is 20/20. I'm such an amatuer at all this, I hope we didn't underdo it! Either way, I'm crazy excited to see it put all together and really looking forward to seeing everyone elses parts (and by parts, I'm talking about the Anana skits... get your mind out of the gutter)

You have so many great options, you honestly can't go wrong. Every discipline will improve you as a person, the real question you should ask is, What are you looking to improve? Jui Jitsu is great and definately a good workout, but it's not exactly geared towards getting you in better shape. The striking arts as well as wrestling, I find to be the greatest workout. You should take Jui Jitsu since it's close by, (you will be more inclined to actually go) and you should jog there to warmup.(if it's within a mile or two), and do yourself a favor and get a punching bag. If you like Jui jitsu, It will give you a thirst for all of the combative arts, and from there getting in shape will be an afterthought.

AUGUST?! Screw that. Have a "crunch time" one like they did with the writing contest.

July 17th-31st.

Then have a proper one in August =p

That's because they aren't the same. BOC used to have amazing live shows. I by far prefer listening to live recordings from the 80's era over their studio tracks.

I've noticed many artists whom have less than 4 submissions. I've also seen pencil sketches. What up with that? Are they prematurely scouted and soon to be unscouted? Or is an exceptional artist allowed to slide past these portal qualifications? All questions no one will answer, so why am I asking? Oops.. another question...

They still had me up until they started running King of the Hill. I still like some of the Sunday Night lineup though, there's still a few classics on it. I really wish they would show more of the truly old stuff like Brak or Spaceghost, or even make a few new episodes. I think it would go over huge with the fans.

themanthelegend - 7.5/10.

The emotion is used quite well: the actions used by each character to display their feelings are described decently, and they have their own effect on what the short entry means. I think the length is just about right here to put across what you want to communicate actually. It risks going mouldy if it was to go on any longer, so it's controlled quite well in contrast to the emotion, as cheesy as that sounds. I think the ending, while I can make a guess that you chose to play it out like you did for a reason, could have been utilised to a greater effect if it had remained at a medium pace, rather than exploding at the end. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense, but I wouldn't have minded seeing the ending (in particular) beefed up just slightly.

Thanks for the review! I did blurt out the ending. The story was made to be serious with a little bit of a male perspective bitterness joke at the end. I suppose I should have slowed it down some, but as you've said, I would have run the risk of going too long. I swung and I missed, but I shall try again. my island story is nearly complete.

I'm past the point of even thinking or worrying about it. Death is a concept we won't get until we experience it ourselves. Making assumptions what happens to us one way or another is asinine. It's fun to explore possibilities, but I tire of the over assertive comments from people who are so positive about something they have no idea about. I think the atheists being right would be terrible, and that sucks because my own feeling is that they are. But again, who the fuck knows?

Some of the gameplay looks pretty cool, but you have to be worried about the fact that the game trailer consists mostly of clips from the ghostbusters movie. What's up with that? Why would a video game commercial feature more live action from an 80's movie than footage from a brand new game? Something has to be wrong there.

I wouldn't mind seeing him out there again if he didn't make a big stink everytime he left. There is no way he honestly doesn't know he's coming back when he goes into "retirement". It's like he's an attention whore or something with the super emotional goodbye speeches. I wish he would just really sit and make a definite descision before he jumps up on a podium and stars crying.
