Dr Arbitrary, how funny it is that you are so stuck on the Pi thing. In fact, if I didn't know any better, I'd say you're stuck on it and it's the only truly valuable thing you have to add to this topic. I say this thread needs one stipulation: you read the Bible first before posting. Otherwise, you're just as useless as someone mass posting that the Bible "indirectly" says Pi = 3 and offering not a single shread of evidence to support it.
What's the lesson of this? Don't read your anti-God books that only present one side of the story, because that's exact what this thread is. And if you read any studies on teens today, you'll see that while they say they are their own person, it's actually society that has compounded thousands of days of its views into their tiny little heads. Thus, for you South Park fans, "has warped their tiny, fragile little minds." Read the Bible and form your own opinion, or don't read it and don't speculate on what you think it is.
For the same reason people kill each other.

There is no hard evidence of evolution. If evolution were fact, why do you suppose it is still considered a "theory." I would post the dictionary definition of the word theory to a lesser man, but I believe you are beyond that.
It would be my pleasure for you to point out any proof of evolution that you might think you have. The only evidence that evolution even exists in the first place is the sign of micro evolution. In case you are uninformed, micro evolution is basically adaption. One species over time developing traits to suit its environment, but the species does not suddenly belong to any other classification other than a different species, in other words, there is no evidence of the genus or anything more ever changing. There is no direct evidence of macro evolution which is the changing of a spicies entire taxonomy.
Certainly one cannot answer the question of, "What is the meaning or purpose of life?" so I won't even embark on that trail.
When I speak of the mandate of life, I refer to the behavioral patterns that exist in ALL LIVING FORMS. From the most basic prokaryotic life to the most intellectually advanced spiecies known to man, one can see they all carry out one similar function. It is a wonder that even life without consciousness could spark life on Earth by following its directive: to populate and grow beyond itself.
There is no flaw in my argument, it is simply a matter of opinion, and I completely accept yours. However, think of it this way, if everyone were homosexual, then what would be the outcome? Death. Is that not the opposite of life?
It may be the intelligent ones that get bullied all their lives, but they are the ones running the country and setting footholes in history for all of mankind to follow. That is surely worth the sacrifice of not being the strongest.
Simply by being gay you violate the very mandate of life, which is to live, populate, expand, and repopulate. That is nature, thus adversly, gay is not natural.
Wal-Mart provides a good, cheap service, so I like them. Is it likely Wal-Mart will complete a horizontal consolidation monopoly? Quite possible, but that's why we have laws to stop it. :)

What about educating students about evolution? While it doesn't outright state that there is no God, but how many relgions does it violate? More than how many it advocates, I can tell you that.

Pherexian, it's kinda hard not to watch the Tricky movies when the bastard doesn't even have the title do anything with Tricky at all. The first time I saw Tricky, it cracked me up... but now? It's just lame.
Most people just feel too intimidated to post their flash work. The problem with that is that there is never going to be a way to make the system completely fair, and besides, people have different likes and dislikes, etc... Will you give an incredible movie a five if they have your least favorite song playing in it? The point of the voting is not to vote on your favorite movie, but to rate the movies. Is lowering the score 'fair' just because you don't like the music? Nope. So get over it, throw away your insecurities and live with the system. It's damn better than anything else around.
