ok its you, but your fat percentage most have been above like 30-40 percent to have ugly bags under your eyes like that. Do you even know what fat percentage is? The less fat percentage the better appearance most people have. My fat percentage is rather high but alot of its not on my face but my body. I'm 20-22 percent body fat percentage at a weight of 165-170.
