I know I'm gonna get flamed for this, but i always wondered if just standing over the toilet and sticking my finger down my throat would actually make me lose weight.
I'm not fat really, but I do have a few vanity pounds that cover my abs. that really sucks, because i've been doing tae kwon do for 5 years, and 30% of the training is ab related: in summation, they're pretty well tuned. however, this layer of fat i have covering em sorta annoys me.
anyway, i was never really thinking of becoming bulemic or anything, but i was just wondering. is it a dangerous experiment or does it work at all?
