And this is just pure sadness right there considering the fact the gun itself wasn't even kept in a safe of some sort. If the mother kept her gun elsewhere in a safe and out of the hands of her child, this whole incident itself won't even happen in the first place.

I have noticed the idea of Darkseid from DC Comics vs Thanos from Marvel Comics a number of times from various posters so I have no doubt this one will happen considering how big their rivalry is, be it sooner or later matters not (I'm thinking at some point in near the end of Season 2 or early in Season 3).

And yet another Death Battle Idea I should post, because Ryu from Street Fighter vs Scorpion from Mortal Kombat took place back on Death Battle Episode 38, Wiz (Ben Singer) & Boomstick (Chad James) might as well consider the idea of pitting the rivals of their mascots against one-another.

That's right, I'm talking Ken Masters from Street Fighter vs Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat, the battle between the rivals of the mascots of their respectful fighting games.

Many DBZ fans are angry because a lot of boo's forms (Super boo for example) Was left out. Others were pissed because they had it in kirby's word and not the DBZ universe. But personally wanted Kirby to win because

1) I thought he was the underdog
2) I wanted to read the rage comments from the DBZ fans.

Personally I'm not surprised Kirby won, considering the fact he'll literately beat the living crap out of Majin Boo one way or another. Never the less, Kirby vs Majin Boo is one awesome fight and one well worth the waiting for (since it was originally going to be aired on November 28th until the animator encountered problems causing two delays).

Even if Kirby didn't have Hypernova to begin with, he'll still end up winning against the very likes of Majin boo, all Kirby would have to do is send Majin Boo to the sun with his frying pan ability and Majin Boo will come back dead on his frying pan and fully cooked, by then Kirby would invite all his friends over and eat Majin Boo's fully cooked body for dinner.

Needless to say, Kirby is (after all) a freaken monster in the form of the lovable pink puffball we know today =)

Then finally, Wiz (Ben Singer) and Boomstick (Chad James) should really consider the idea of doing Gandalf vs Elminster very soon to commemorate the release of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies as I have mentioned the idea itself in an earlier post of this thread since Gandalf & Elminster do share a major rivalry since the day D&D Forgotten Realms was made, anyone who wants to see Gandalf vs Elminster better tell Death Battle about this (and yes I have noticed posts of Gandalf vs Elminster even before Death Battle came to being as such posts existed as early as 2001 as seen here).

And while I'm at it, here's another Death Battle idea to know about, this one is a One vs One-based Death Battle of the Planet Busters themselves... Kefka Palazzo from Final Fantasy VI vs Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII (since they do share quite a rivalry they might as well do this one as some people have suggested it).

DBZ fans can suck it

I should actually mention that despite many of the Dragonball fanatics being outraged, some Dragonball fans who actually know about Kirby may not be outraged at all.

One person on the youtube comments actually admired (who went by the username of Starbuster2000) he was a fan of both characters and knew well Kirby will end up winning as he stated in his own words: The problem with DBZ is that it is very unclear about what the characters are truly capable of.

Then another person on the youtube comments also commented that despite he was a fan of Dragonball Z, he also knew Kirby was going to win as well.

Needless to say I wouldn't tell all of them to simply *suck it* for that reason as some of the Dragonball Z fantics are much more mature then others, the same can also be said with a number of the Kirby fans.

Anyways here's another Death Battle Idea that should be known about, for those who still want to see Albus Dumbledore enter the Death Battle arena here's something to keep in mind...

Albus Dumbledore from Harry Potter vs Obi-Wan Kenobi from Star Wars, because these two share much more in common and deserve to fight each other on the grounds of Death Battle itself, enjoy.

Response to: Mentally ill or evil? Posted 10 days ago in Politics

I'm thinking that a person who's mentally ill while a person who's evil-aligned by choice are two different things, considering the fact that even a good-alined person can be mentally ill and would have to take control of one's own mental illness by means of medicines in addition to other forms of treatment that can counter it but once it gets to the point where a mentally ill person really starts to break down can cause the person oneself to commit bad acts on an involuntary scale.

This alone explains why such people if put on trial once their mentally ill once discovered despite committing a crime if not a series of them due to this is found *not guilty for reason of insanity* and further more if Livecorpse actually turned himself in instead of committing suicide for shooting a cop out of pure insanity, he (without a doubt) will be found not guilty for reason of insanity and be put in rehab to cope with his mental illness (if he would of known about this long ago, he'll still be alive even to this day, I should also mention that he should of also been found not guilty for stabbing his friend since his friend did try to force his way into his house which results as self-defense).

But a person who becomes evil out of sheer willingness (if not more then just sheer willingness) doesn't count as being mentally ill onto itself, which makes sense because if it did it be a whole different story and by then everyone committing crimes regardless of the reasons will all be found *not guilty for reason of insanity* which in trade will also whack things out of proportion not meant to be whacked out of proportion to begin with.

Needless to say, being evil-alined and being mentally ill are just two different things.

Now if only that game was released back in the NES days, it will without a single doubt sell millions and millions of copies out rightly as people will refer it as a huge success.

If such became the case it could even have it's own Collector's Edition in addition to a Nintendo Arcade Package Edition that would be worth around over $200 some dollars back then and nowdays would actually be worth tens of thousands for one that just happens to be in mint condition.

You know I want Kirby to win, but against my better judgement, I think Buu is gonna win this one. Kirby just seems too outmatched, but then again, who knows? Maybe Kirby could end up copying Buu's powers and then totally whup his ass :3

I'm still thinking Kirby would eventually beat Majin Boo, to further describe it, here are the advantages and disadvantages of Kirby & Majin Boo as seen below (bear in mind that what I posted for advantages & disadvantages between those two come directly from the Death Battle Prediction: Kirby vs Majin Boo)

Kirby's Advantages:
1-Physically stronger
2-Thanks to his Warp star, much faster
3-Can inhale either Buu or some of his projectiles
4-Can copy Buu's power, gaining the Chocolate beam and the other Ki based attacks
5-The Ultra sword and Kirby's overpowered strength can weaken Buu's regeneration factor
6-Hypernova can instant kill Majin Buu
7-Hypernova can inhale all of Buu's most powerful beams and reflect them back
8-Hypernova have unlimited time and can't be lost
9-Stone ability guarantees him invincibility
10- Kirby is a f*cking monster! (yes this is a legit video on youtube & no I wouldn't recommend turning up the volume for this)

Kirby's Disadvantages:
1-Much less durable
2-Ultra sword has limited time
3-Some of his standard copy abilities can be lost as an ability star after taking too much hits or a powerful blow
4-Can instantly be killed by Mr.Buu's chocolate beam
5-Will have hard time trying to land a finishing blow on Majin Buu
6-While in his base form, Kirby won't be able to inhale Buu's largest beams

Majin Boo's Advantages:
1-Thanks to his regeneration capability, much more durable
2-Superior destructive capability
3-The chocolate beam can instant kill Kirby
4-His Potbelly attack can immobilize Kirby
5-The Protective bubble gives him an additional defense
6-Energy mines is unpredictable
7-His fission technique can confuse Kirby
8-More long-ranged options
9- Easily gets angry when someone calls him "fat" (yep, this is also a legit video on youtube as well)

Majin Boo's Disadvantages:
1-Physically weaker
2-Much slower, won't be able to keep up with the Warp star
3-His regeneration capability has limits
4-Can be instantly killed by Hypernova Kirby
5-Will have his largest beams reflected back by Hypernova Kirby
6-Can be killed by the Chocolate beam if Kirby copies his power
7-The protective bubble can break if hit by a strong attack
8-His fission technique is not really good at all, the clones are stupid and can have themselves defeated if the foe simply dodges them
9-Can be killed if sent to the sun by Kirby's frying pan
10-Lost most of his power after expelling the evil outside him to become good

The number of Advantages as well as number of Disadvantages make a difference in the Death Battle itself, be it One vs One, Command & Destroy, Team vs Team & Battle Royale.

Anyways here's another Death Battle Idea I might as well post while I'm at it as seen below: Bishamon from Darkstalkers vs The Silver Samurai from Marvel Comics (this one's a One vs One-based Death Battle).

But on another note who do you think will win the next death battle between Kirby and Buu?

Personally I'm thinking Kirby will win, save for the fact the fight between Kirby vs Majin Boo in a One vs One-based Death Battle will be *much more closer* then what most people even realize as mentioned in the Death Battle Prediction: Kirby vs Majin Boo as seen in the link.

Regardless, I only care how the whole Death Battle simply turns out from beginning to end, I care not who wins against who even if I favor one character over the other, due to the sheer fact all the Death Battles featured are entirely *What If Scenarios* all for entertainment purposes.

Another Death Battle Idea I should also mention about, I've noticed various people always asking for Gandalf from The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings vs Albus Dumbledore from Harry Potter but on the serious side I personally feel the One vs One-based Death Battle between those two will be extremely one-sided with Gandalf so I have something else in mind...

But before I get to that, I should mention that for the bulk of you who kept suggesting the idea of Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII vs Vergil from Devil May Cry should think twice at this point, if Sephiroth vs Vergil ever did ended up happening on the Grounds of Death Battle itself, it's going to be a very bad Death Battle for a number of reasons as seen below...

1: Sephiroth vs Vergil will simply be an Shao Kahn vs M Bison 2.0
2: The Death Battle alone will be *extremely one-sided* with Sephiroth (no joke)
3: Vergil in trade isn't even near Sephiroth's overall power.

Now if only Toho actually decided to get together with Kadokawa Pictures and actually did Godzilla vs Gamera, I mean Death Battle alone back on www.screwattack.com did it as seen in this link and it's a very good thing the Death Battle alone turned out to be an Epic One due to the fact it became *heavily requested*.

The worst of the scandals were the three where the secret service was unable to keep unauthorized people away from the President. This just means they need more training and better routines, not an entire restructuring.

This I deeply agree with when it comes to better training The Secret Service in addition to better routines, on the serious side of things The United States Secret Service are suppose to be *armed to the teeth* and NOT the other way around for if it became the other way around for just long enough will also point out that they fell into a state of sever dysfunction and that alone is a very bad sign.

Because if it actually did came to the point where all other forms of Law Enforcement fell into a state of sever dysfunction (up to and including the Federal) then Marshal Law will be declared as a last ditch resort, don't want that happening any day soon.

As for the worst part of the Secret Service scandal that caused them to not keep unauthorized people away from the President that's pretty messed up if you ask me as something like that shouldn't even happen to begin with.
