Well, genetically women are better since they have two X-chromosomes, meaning they have less of a change of inheriting such traits as colorblindness or baldness because they get to choose from two chromosomes. Men only have one X-chromosome so whatever they get, they are stuck with. So, actually women are geneticaly better.

Against it, death shouldn't be granted to some people, we shoudl lock them in solitary confinement where they will go insane. A worse fate than death if you ask me.
